Obama care had nothing to do with helping people, it was a attempt to take over 1/6 of the us economy for the government and the unions. This administration and his cronies are probably the most evil bunch in the history of the us.

So when do we do something about it? I was ready to take up arms a decade ago but i wont be branded a.traitor, terrorist or criminal if i stand alone. Success comes in numbers, and sadly, america is at a crossroads. Either we stand and fight, or we run away. I would prefer to die in battle fighting for what i believe in than have to tell my future children about the once great united states and how they fell because the people refused to fight.

It was not BUSH who decided to go into Iraqi as much as it was the entire country including all the democrats of the time based on the intelligence given to them. They all thought SADDAM had the mass destruction weapons. This is all fact.

Well my advice is this. If you are a patriot and truly respect the Consitution and the authority it conveys to govern, then you respect the lawfully elected government. Seek peaceable change through the election cycle. I really don't get the uproar. Ralph Nader was asked if he felt guilty for handing George W. Bush the presidency by taking votes from Gore. Nader replied, to the effect of, "Bush and Gore are the same. Their parties are the same. It doesn't matter which one of them won." I thought that was really profound. Now obviously there is significant ideological difference between Michael Moore and Ann Coulter. However, in the practice of actually governing both groups are remarkably similar. They are bought and paid for by the same special interests. Ever wonder why we don't have term limits when both parties support them? Ever wonder why we do not get meaningful tax reform? Lawman, you make a very good point, and while i would hate to ever open fire in anger on my fellow Americans think about the wording of the declaration of independence. Specifically the part that says "the tree of freedom must be replenished from time with the blood of patriots and tyrants". This means that all Americans, yourself included, have the duty as an American citizen to act when or government gets out of control. While i do agree with the points you've made that peaceful solutions should be sought first, and war should be used only as a last resort, it is my belief that diplomacy has failed. It has failed because the politicians never ask what their constituents want anymore. The people don't choose who is elected, the electoral college does. And who decides what the important issues are? Lobbyists and special interest groups who pad the politicians pockets to further their agendas. That to me speaks of the very kind if corruption our founding fathers fought so hard to remove from this country in the early days. So since i don't believe that a peaceful solution can be found, i vote for war. Sorry, but that's just my opinion and if it really does come to that one day, God help us all.

Your quote is actually from the writings of Jefferson, not the DoI. At any rate, the Consitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. There is no disputing that.

I'm not disputing that. I'm just saying we have a duty, and right now there's only two ways this country can go. You live in Texas right? You're one of a select few people in this country who can legally leave the union and not be called a traitor for it. Any other state in this country would at the least be called a criminal and at worst a traitor for fighting back. You think that's fair? My family has paid a high price for others freedom, only to watch the freedoms of their homeland get slowly stripped away. The poor are ground under the bootheel of the rich, while our servicemen and women march forth to foreign lands to be the world police only to get killed in places where our presence was never wanted in the first place. The French helped us in our revolution because ben Franklin was a womanizer and because our citizens were already fighting the British, which at the time meant that France and America shared a common foe.
