There are only two rules.........1) try to keep em clean 2) Have fun

A rasher is a slice of bacon, fried or if you want it healthy grilled, Black Pudding is a sausage made from blood, usually pig or sheep, mixed with a filler to make it congeal, best sliced and fried.

THAT REALLY LOOKS GOOD TO ME !!! Made my wife sick looking at it.... Can I have the Eggs, Over easy?? So everything is runny??
I guess Black Pudding would be something like Mexican Chorizo ?? What do you think Tex??
I could make that at home....? Better check my cholesterol levels first..
I think that blood pudding might be closer to Spanish chorizo, since its cured, than to Mexican chorizo, which is fresh, softer, and has to be cooked. You may be right though. Still looks amazing even though its a heart clogger! !

But now I see that is true... Argh! Do you ever eat something green, and some fruits, at least once a day???
