Hallo, quiet crowd tonight. Let's get the tips... err, I mean... beer flowing. Yeah that's it. College is expensive. No I mean, Jacklpe wants to pay off his truck so he can add dashboard carpet and window frills without the bank giving him grief.

Just kidding. He's not a frilly kinda guy anyways. More of a Justin Bieber Bobblehead kinda guy. What's that Jackie? Sure I like it here. Oh. Yeah ok. No problem man.

Hey everyone, nevermind all that. BAR IS OPEN!!

OPEN BAR?!?!? Man I hope you've been saving those tips. Jacklpe is gonna take this out of your hindquarters!

I'll take one of each, please...

For those of you who have been with us from the beginning, you will remember that the Jolly Roger has official sports teams. If you are newer, read through the first few pages if you are curious who we support, and how we came to that conclusion. The two that were absolutely not optional were the Kentucky Wildcats college basketball team and the St Louis Cardinals baseball team. I also chose Green Bay football (American) for sentimental reasons, but I'm not as serious of a fan as I am the other two.

With that said.

WE ARE GOING TO THE SERIES!!!!

Valet parking? Ya gotta be kidding.

Closest thing we got here is our Keys and Cash program. Leave your keys and a couple Andrew Jacksons on the bar, and I'll make sure you get home safely. There is no guarantee that your (aero) vehicle will not be damaged by others. But an ironclad guarantee that it won't be damaged by you.

What did you say? Huh? I can't hear you over "GO SOX!"

Anyway, enough with the over hype about a bunch of millionaire steroids hitting some balls around. (Gee that puts it in perspective doesnt it?)

Over the weekend, we took a trip to the Appalachian mountains, and camped at a property my dad has on national forest.

Beautiful area, we were scouting for deer season in a couple of weeks, and I went turkey and squirrel hunting. Didnt get any turkeys :(
But my brother and I got three squirrels. We had that and some deer meat from last year over a campfire. Then, we went to sleep under the stars.

Anyone want to bet how long it takes undercooked squirrel to go through your system? About 5 hours... And I hope for yalls sake you don't know what diarihea in the woods with no toilet paper is like

I've spent well over a year (if you combine days) of my life camping, plus a whole lot of hunting and fishing too. Usually on a short trip, the quickest way to solve that problem is to turn your jeans into shorts... Or use your underwear. But... If no other options are available don't use any leaves that grow in groups of three. :)

The area looks a lot like where we live. Knoxville is in the Appalachia mountains. Last week we had 2 deer in the front yard and of course we always have a lot of squirrel around the house.

And about your diarrhea problem, WHY DO THINK DAVY CROCKETT WORE A COON SKIN HAT, WIPE PUT IT BACK ON HEAD AND THEN WASH AT THE NEXT STREAM OR RIVER. WORKS EVERY TIME.

Of course you could also use a sock, a RED SOCK or any other color lol lol :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

That is a pretty funny remark Davy. Naw, I'm not so much of a die hard fan of anyone that a little Davy wipee on a sock would get my underwear in a bunch. I lived in or around Boston for 6 years, have seen my share of games from the cheap seats, and always get into it when the team is in the running.

In 2006 I happened to be working most weeks in St. Louis during that run-up, so that was exciting as well. 2006 was especially fun because I had lived in Michigan for a short while before but never got into Detroit teams, so I was rooting for the Cardinals.

Besides, it's not like they were playing the Red Sox ;)

These two teams are very even, it will be tough to make a prediction on this series. I would probably pick the cardinals though.

All I know is that my beloved ANAHEIM angels is not there. IM CRYING AGAIN. I was lucky enough to have been able to attend the 2002 series where they won.

Back around 1977 (not sure of the year) there was a British airplane under display at the ANAHEIM convention center, I was to take it out of there and fly it back into hawthorn airport. I taxied under police escort though the city streets until we reached the parking lot of the angel statium and then took off between a row of lights. It was fun to say the least.

Awwwwww memories of my beloved angels.
