Okay gang, I did some digging and after close to 24 hours of the WP/GI alliance the reviews are starting to come in. Here is a small sample of what I have found:

WP....I left again to help another person start his squad, I will be joining when alls well again......i think this is a tradition i will be doing more of in the future......... I gonna leave to help other people out with their attempts to start their own squads and rejoin with my mission is complete....i feel i just can't watch squads die because they never got a good start.....So now, I'll keep my {WP} SilentWOLF username as (not sure how to say it.....dedication to the WP maybe?).....So long story short....I will be joining and leaving as the situations arises

Was scrolling through the halls of the forum, perusing my old haunts, when I saw a tidbit that had hitherto escaped my notice. An alliance between GI and WP? Wut?

Upon further investigation (for such was clearly merited) I discovered that my seventh- and eighth-favorite squadron (1-6 being M.O.M, Apocalypse M.O.M, M.O.MZilla, Bride of M.O.M, Planet of the M.O.Ms, and Full Metal M.O.M, obviously) had merged to form an alliance! I don't know what this means, or what the heck it's even good for or what it does, but wow! That's pretty neat!

I've been seeing some Gunners howling, but never thought twice of it! Nice job on arranging this, horriblebreast and Digger!

Been busy helping my little monsters get ready for Halloween! As usual, they pick the designs for the pumpkins, Daddy ends up carving them! Thought you guys might appreciate one of this years choices!

Yep, I should have known it was Sueak'n wolf by the howl.. If your not smiling you don't know about the great game that a number of us were in last night.. I got there late , and was surprised to see a number of Halloween names sporting Wolf Pack colors.. At that point it was guess the wolf time.. I'm lousy at "guess the wolf", but sure was fun to fly together.. Speaking of flying together, at one point I was flying formation at Vipers 9 o'clock.. Typed out "vipe check your port wing" and of course in typing it went from close to touching his wing tip (looked really cool) to who knows where.. I'm just glad I didn't crash us both.

Our evening was a quiet one, the only down side to living in a 55 + area is the lack of trick or treaters .. Wife and I made up for it by watching old horror movies on TCM. These are pretty tame (or is that lame) by today's standards, but there's no better "dark and stormy night" stuff than old British B&W movies..

Flight sit rep; im pretty happy that my games starting to improve again, it was stalled for awhile.. Proud to report I've dropped my rank 2,000 points (3500 to 1500) since joining Wolf Pack, with a goal of being under 1K by the holidays.. Everything about this effort is related to being a member of Wolf Pack, and "pack worthy" .. My old eyes and FAR less than cat like reflexes of youth are an issue, but my shooting (shooting is shooting) skills actually apply well to the game.. My pistol range double tap is now a short burst of four rounds, unless it's covering fire for myself or some one bombing.. HA HA I Love this game and a bunch o Wolf Packers..
