I just had it brought to my attention that there's talk in another squad, not sure which, about the M.O.M/Black Eagles Alliance having been forged because... ya ready?... we're "afraid" of other, smaller, allied squads ganging up on us.

The truth is, Tony and I decided to ally our squads because we thought the concept of alliances in general was a laugh! Whichever two less powerful squads it was, we'd been informed that they were intimidated by the prospect of facing us in Squad Wars and decided to join forces. But now it's we who fear them! Priceless.

Have you checked the Black Eagles roster lately? 'Nuff said.

Here's the kicker: an alliance of any kind will influence Squad Wars because...well, because... uh... hang on, it was right on the tip of my tongue...

Oh, I remember! It won't. At all. Someone overlooked the fact that the database/server will distribute Squad Wars teams based upon the in-game membership requests we now all have to submit! It doesn't recognize multiple squads as one!

So be afraid, M.O.Ms; we're going to have to face each ultra-scary little squad in Dogfight, one at a time. I can only hope they'll show us and The Eagles some mercy.

I would like to bring another tactic into discussion. I've tried baiting for squadmate every now and then. Somethimes (not very often but anyway...) we meet tough opponent in ffa. Or see our squadmate in long lasting turning fight. So instead joining the fight causing confusion for squadmate and trying to steal a kill i've somethimes just flown trough the fight manouvering randomly like a fishing lure. Most of the time I soon see tracers flying around me and few short moments later my squadmate gets his kill.

Yes it works 95% of the time. Who doesn't want an easy kill? Only the most seasoned guys won't take the bait.

Blue, I once asked a wraith member why they disliked MOM, in an attempt to see if the problem was fixable. Instead of telling me, they beat the bush and then went to squad chat. I would have to agree something is fishy with those guys. I don't think they'll keep their word on not hunting us, but that's only my opinion.

I post on world chat where I am every time I play. So I'm usually not hard to find. Squad wars will be a blast. I hope the teams don't have to be even. One MOM on my team is all I need.

Thanks for contributing to an already extensive body of psychotic tirades, Rob. I'd love to present the contents of your PMs and mine to anyone who might care to evaluate the situation and determine who's rational and who's a raving lunatic. Yes, I'm a Mod, and no, you won't need to take this up with Joaquin, I've already done so. He now has access to a complete record of all PMs between you and me in the last couple days. Including your threats of personal violence...not the first such threats you've made, as is well known throughout the Dogfight community.

For the benefit of M.O.M members who might not even have known that you were back, or that you'd already bailed out again:

Snobumm begged his way back into M.O.M over the course of months. During those months he joined then quickly bailed out of a number of other squads. He's made it abundantly clear in private messages to me that he doesn't take squad membership at all seriously, that he thinks I'm a fool for being concerned about the issue, that people you meet online are, in his words, "no more real than smurfs" and that nothing to do with online interaction demands anything resembling the respect you would show a "real" person. His point being that no one here, on Facebook or in any online social environment warrants kindness, consideration or common courtesy. We're pretend friends, not even real human beings. Perhaps that's why he's been so free with his idle threats of violence. Interestingly he claims to be impervious to anything that happens here because, after all, "IT'S A GAME" and yet it's people in that game (now including me) who cause him to lose his perspective and become violent.

After a couple weeks of pretending to be dedicated to behaving himself as a returning M.O.M, he blew his cool...again. More than once. I went to bat for him as I've always done, then was informed that he was publicly sucking up to Whiplash and had joined (for the second time!) Whip's squad...without the common courtesy of a word to me about his leaving M.O.M...again. He isn't kidding when he says he just doesn't give a damn. I have to wonder how Whip and his crew feel about being regarded behind their backs as "smurfs" or virtual playthings.

I kept my thoughts to myself for weeks, finally made some oblique comment in a game, Snobumm seized on it, dropped out, wrote me a typically aggressive PM, and a two way (not just from me, as he describes it in his semi-literate post) exchange began, got ugly, and eventually produced the signature snobumm threats of violence and the challenge to fight. In a game he says doesn't matter to him beyond being a minor distraction.

I did provoke him about his alleged brother. Three times. He blew off all three references. Only the fourth one got any response at all, and that was a sudden, vulgar, violent outburst. For the record, he's proven himself to me to be a liar, unstable, and completely capable of inventing "SilverBow" as a tool to work his own way back into M.O.M which is precisely how it all played out. No one I know of has ever seen both "brothers" in the game at the same time. The alleged brother rattled off player names and information to me, while playing the game, that nobody could be expected to remember second hand merely by having heard the names from his brother. Once snobumm as snobumm got back into M.O.M SilverBow mysteriously vanished and I never saw him in the game again. Then a very low profile mention on some thread, not this one where he supposedly belonged, about the brother having died. He gushes for months about M.O.M being "home", finally gets in, his brother (also a M.O.M) passes away...and he doesn't even bother to let anyone here know we'd lost a comrade and he'd lost a family member...but he gets it on record with a barely there mention on another squad's thread. That makes absolutely no sense and caused numerous people to write me saying they'd had suspicions about him and the brother being the same. I still suspect it and no amount of name calling on a public forum cancels out the capability of an obviously unstable person to behave in a reckless, unstable fashion. He's said he doesn't care about anyone here, why not say, do, invent, whatever he pleases? At the very least he blew off his pretend friends in M.O.M once, then again by not caring that we might care about SIlverBow's death, then a third time by kissing M.O.M off without so much as a "go to hell".

And now I've had my last and only warning.

Unfortunately I didn't get here in time to see another post that was deleted by one of my fellow Mods for inappropriately vulgar language. I've asked Joaquin if it's possible to retrieve a copy of it for reference purposes. I'm sure the Mod who deleted it can give him a sense of the content but I doubt that it'll be necessary, there's plenty more where that came from.

Stay tuned for more raving lunacy, you meaningless, unreal smurfs.
