Nice ffa Paolo. I took some butt kicking but it was my decision to call off rule 11 because there werent enough enemies for all. It was nice to notice most of that butt kicking came from moms.

Don't know if it's worse that the insinuation is that the Smurfs aren't real, or that I'm not. If I'm not, I'm going to stop paying all of these pesky bills etc... I'll feel much smurfier with all that money I'm going to keep now.

Curious as to why you brought this to the thread in the first place. Do you need us all to think your the worlds toughest dogfight player? Seems like this could all have stayed in a PM to Wig without insulting the entire forum and every other MOM.

Lets keep Smurfs alive!! One guy needs to get smurffed. I spawned in new game in spawn killing inferno. It was 4 against me and every one of them had already dropped their bomb on carrier but vere just waiting me to loose brake. eric270679 was the one who shot me most. I got spawnkilled by eric in ffa today earlier also. I got up on third try and smurffed them down. My kill ratio was somwhere 12 to 2 when Cricket came and changed side on me. I really appreciate that. Together we were able to turn game and win.


So lets have smurf eric weekend. Whole weekend.

Thanks for contributing to an already extensive body of psychotic tirades, Rob. I'd love to present the contents of your PMs and mine to anyone who might care to evaluate the situation and determine who's rational and who's a raving lunatic. Yes, I'm a Mod, and no, you won't need to take this up with Joaquin, I've already done so. He now has access to a complete record of all PMs between you and me in the last couple days. Including your threats of personal violence...not the first such threats you've made, as is well known throughout the Dogfight community.

For the benefit of M.O.M members who might not even have known that you were back, or that you'd already bailed out again:

Snobumm begged his way back into M.O.M over the course of months. During those months he joined then quickly bailed out of a number of other squads. He's made it abundantly clear in private messages to me that he doesn't take squad membership at all seriously, that he thinks I'm a fool for being concerned about the issue, that people you meet online are, in his words, "no more real than smurfs" and that nothing to do with online interaction demands anything resembling the respect you would show a "real" person. His point being that no one here, on Facebook or in any online social environment warrants kindness, consideration or common courtesy. We're pretend friends, not even real human beings. Perhaps that's why he's been so free with his idle threats of violence. Interestingly he claims to be impervious to anything that happens here because, after all, "IT'S A GAME" and yet it's people in that game (now including me) who cause him to lose his perspective and become violent.

After a couple weeks of pretending to be dedicated to behaving himself as a returning M.O.M, he blew his cool...again. More than once. I went to bat for him as I've always done, then was informed that he was publicly sucking up to Whiplash and had joined (for the second time!) Whip's squad...without the common courtesy of a word to me about his leaving M.O.M...again. He isn't kidding when he says he just doesn't give a damn. I have to wonder how Whip and his crew feel about being regarded behind their backs as "smurfs" or virtual playthings.

I kept my thoughts to myself for weeks, finally made some oblique comment in a game, Snobumm seized on it, dropped out, wrote me a typically aggressive PM, and a two way (not just from me, as he describes it in his semi-literate post) exchange began, got ugly, and eventually produced the signature snobumm threats of violence and the challenge to fight. In a game he says doesn't matter to him beyond being a minor distraction.

I did provoke him about his alleged brother. Three times. He blew off all three references. Only the fourth one got any response at all, and that was a sudden, vulgar, violent outburst. For the record, he's proven himself to me to be a liar, unstable, and completely capable of inventing "SilverBow" as a tool to work his own way back into M.O.M which is precisely how it all played out. No one I know of has ever seen both "brothers" in the game at the same time. The alleged brother rattled off player names and information to me, while playing the game, that nobody could be expected to remember second hand merely by having heard the names from his brother. Once snobumm as snobumm got back into M.O.M SilverBow mysteriously vanished and I never saw him in the game again. Then a very low profile mention on some thread, not this one where he supposedly belonged, about the brother having died. He gushes for months about M.O.M being "home", finally gets in, his brother (also a M.O.M) passes away...and he doesn't even bother to let anyone here know we'd lost a comrade and he'd lost a family member...but he gets it on record with a barely there mention on another squad's thread. That makes absolutely no sense and caused numerous people to write me saying they'd had suspicions about him and the brother being the same. I still suspect it and no amount of name calling on a public forum cancels out the capability of an obviously unstable person to behave in a reckless, unstable fashion. He's said he doesn't care about anyone here, why not say, do, invent, whatever he pleases? At the very least he blew off his pretend friends in M.O.M once, then again by not caring that we might care about SIlverBow's death, then a third time by kissing M.O.M off without so much as a "go to hell".

And now I've had my last and only warning.

Unfortunately I didn't get here in time to see another post that was deleted by one of my fellow Mods for inappropriately vulgar language. I've asked Joaquin if it's possible to retrieve a copy of it for reference purposes. I'm sure the Mod who deleted it can give him a sense of the content but I doubt that it'll be necessary, there's plenty more where that came from.

Anyone knows that, so I hope you are sure (rhetoric) I really don’t care to know the answer because I know there no way that you know. I for one, based on my conversations I have been in and read on KIK, believe this to be true what Blackstar said. You crossed the line. Plan and simple and showed me a piece your character that I care little for. Blackstar has been the way he is from the beginning – this guy is a fighter and he’s got a fighter mentality; hot headed and he’s sonnofabitch, but he’s a good guy and has not changed from the get go. I respect that. And this is just me speaking about who I am and not some put on forum persona that’s being put on: I feel the same way Blackstar does. If someone were to say that to my face about one of my brothers, I’d beat the ever living crap out of them. And if no one thinks they’d do the same; or at least feel that way; well then I think you’re lying to yourself or you’re not worth weight in salt.

I really don’t care to know anything about anything else; about what was said or done about anything else. Your comments about his brother were way out of line and completely uncool.

Mr. Flag, in reference to you speaking up for your fellow squad member it is admirable but not really warranted. I would like to say that knowing Rick, it really takes a hedoublehockey sticks of a lot to make him come to this point. He is always the first one to come to anyone's defense, gives everyone a chance and is certainly the first to apologize when he is in the wrong. Threatening someone with violence certainly is never warranted, especially here in the forum. I would appreciate it if you would not not respond in this matter here, you do not know what has really transpired. Not saying do not post here, you are more than welcome to. What I am trying to say is "a coin has two sides it does".

Flag, under any other circumstances I'd say I couldn't agree with you more. What you're gleaning from this is not a hidden aspect of my character, it is, as Martin pointed out, the result of an ongoing conflict that was private - and as such outside your range of knowledge - until snobumm chose to make his slanted, confrontational role in it public.

Not only would I never actively seek to disrespect the grief of someone who'd lost a family member, I wrote a completely genuine message of sincere condolences to snobumm when the story of his alleged brother's alleged death was made known to me. His appreciative response is on the forum for anyone to see. Keep in mind; the story of the death was never made known to me or M.O.M, snobumm's "family" squad at the time. It was posted elsewhere, under the radar, no mention of it was made to me/us.

What I unapologetically disrespect is someone who'd manipulate the authentic compassion of an entire community because he doesn't recognize that community's right to basic courtesy. This is what I'm convinced snobumm has done, and I'm not alone.

We've had M.O.M members pass away twice. Serious illness and injury has struck core members and other Dogfight players and we've all always pulled together, regardless of squad. We've seen each other through tough times. These M.O.Ms are Multi-faceted human beings with tremendous heart and genuine affection for each other and the group. I can't begin to express to you how insulting I find it, being told that nothing we value in Dogfight or in M.O.M is "real". If snobumm has zero concern for what he regards as not real, I have to have the same lack of concern for what I regard as a lie of his.

In short, Flag, you're a good man and you aren't wrong, but be careful who and what you believe. And consider the track records of the people involved. You and I had one brief clash (think "Hello Kitty slippers"!) that was purely a misunderstanding of an intentionally over-the-top attempt to elicit a laugh. I know you know now that this was the case. The situation you're commenting on here couldn't be more different. It is, in my view, a self-absorbed misanthrope with inverse low self-esteem and a proven anger management issue pissing on something I - and, I believe, you - value tremendously; our friends and community here in Dogfight. You may not be comfortable with my calling snobumm out on what I think was a scam, but we are still ultimately on the same side. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
