Ciao Frank Barraca. Sto testare Google Translate oggi. Saluta.

It's readable but, I know that if I were to use google translate I have to twist and turn the sentences to make them right in your language.
We don't have the same sentence structure.

I hope they come in handy for you.

Lol. I'm playing with google translate.

English to Swedish to bellsaj

English to Italian to Frank Barraca

It's a pretty neat app. It even has a button that will speak the translation back for you. You should try it. You just have to copy and paste the text.

It's fairly close to what I wrote in English. I translated it both ways to see if it was reading the same way. A couple of minor differences.

So you write in English without a translator? You are very good at it.

My first visit to the thread in a couple of days, I'll backtrack and catch up with all the ultra-important stuff, but first...

The MORAF Brigade finally has its very own Pope! Mucho congratulados to PORAF Bopes! Report to room three-oh-etcetera for your buckets of holy wine etcetera etcetera huge "benediction incense" spliff etcetera underage choir boys etcetera etcetera naked nuns etcetera papal coronation at oh-six-etcetera-o'clock.

A man of the cloth in black and white prison stripes. Why does that seem so right? But by all means continue sporting your Spanish Inquisition red, John. It picks up the color of your eyes.

Time for a name change as traditional:

All hail His Holiness Pope Morafius XIII. In nomine Patris, et Filii, et Spiritus Bopes. Amen.

It was understandable without google. Just didn't notice anything wrong with sentence structure...

It is very likely that I'm going to take some Swedish classes next april. Or at least I have to take them before graduating...

I'm also not using transators. Just check some words if I feel unsure. But I have no idea how much mistakes I make.

And Koskenkorva makes nice summer soup. But I think Lapa is more on Smirnoff.

Chocks Away wrote: Hey Wig. Dont know what other dimensions i existed in back there but i could not text talk. I was officially checked in twice, but Swop saw 3 of me?? No 2 for 1 in this game though. Gg fella, hope you got a hanger. I lost connection so knocked it on the head.

We did finally hit that last hangar, Chocks. It took me 100 kills to do it. And I did see you listed in the mission roster three times at once! The database had divided your actual score and unevenly distributed the kills/deads between two of you while the third you had 0/0. wtf?

And Don, in the mission you and I were in Richport got his 100, so did I. In the subsequent BTB missions I've played I hit triple digits four times, 95 once, 85 once...and won only two of 'em. The one you screen capped and one other. Reminds me of me calling MaX and Noush out for racking up huge numbers when it seemed all they needed to do was hit a friggin' hangar fercrissakes. Clearly, in retrospect, they were alone and on perpetual defense, that's usually how those numbers pile up. Sorry again, Randy.

I have to say, I am not impressed when players take advantage of outnumbering the opposing team to sneak high, swarm/camp, SK...I read it as a lack of courtesy. If you're at even strength or the enemy has a man or two (or seven) advantage, dump your bomb, sneak if you can, do whatever you have to do. But with stronger numbers? And when someone on the other team is playing straight and knocking on the triple digit kill score door? C'mon. Gotta admit, I'm sick of hearing, "It's a game." and "The point is to win." I've offered myself up to be someone's 100th kill more times than I can count and I've never pulled a sneak to ruin his chances of setting a personal record. "It's a game" you can play with respect for fellow players and some sense of the fun of it beyond merely winning.

While I'm in bitch-mode; what happened to the old practice of switching sides when someone is down 1 or 2 vs. 7 or 6? Seems like the game is getting less cordial, considerate, courteous and more cutthroat.

Still not fully bitched out; I actually got called an "A-hole" and a cheater by some yutz named WoodyvonWood (classy name) ... and have had to endure the snottiness of Lucian Pilic (Brits, have a field day with that name!) because, again, I have the temerity to get into a tank when shot down near the red base/boat, and that makes me a "cheater" who doesn't "play clean". Woody got himself a Mute and Lucian had to stfu when he was in a mole tank himself not twenty minutes later. These wizards don't have the common sense to figure out that it's the same for all of us. And try explaining "you're out of sync" to a Windows user. Bring plenty of aspirin to that exchange.

Joaquin is doing a marvelous job of enhancing the game and all this is only a lead-up to DF 5.0. Expect some glitches, sure, but expect to be blown against the back wall of your rumpus room, it's going to be amazing. Meanwhile we suck it up and exhibit some patience (and bitch a bit now and then, thankyouverymuch) with temporary hiccups like airborne/underground tanks and planes, Windows 8 spooks, etc. Aside from such stuff the game looks and plays better than it ever has, and all the product of one man's imagination and a helluva lot of dedication and hard work. That's a ton of relatively free entertainment we owe him. I'm thinking Muck, KTheo, Chocks, the rest of the Euro-M.O.Ms, in a kind of "Full Monty" gang lap dance. What I'm really thinking is "Joaquin would pay me to stop that from happening. A lot."

Hi Blue Max,

I'm glad that you speak to me in Italian, but the fundamental problem is that most of the time, Google translates badly and sometimes it translate one thing for another (even this post).
Please be patient and forgive me if I do not understand in flight chat (I try to do my best but it is not always sufficient, indeed, when i mistake, you are all entitled to correct me).

Thanks Blue,
see you soon.

One more banner for this batch. Randy, I hadn't forgotten that I promised to crank out an alternative to your mustache modified banner.

I'm still pretty partial to the original recipe M.O.M banner design but I've been threatening to change it up for a while. Something a little more personalized without losing the established M.O.M flava. When you have the emotional maturity of a nine year old you bore easily.

Until this one Paul's was the only non-traditional model. You two are now the entire membership of the most exclusive club in MOMdom. I hope the utter lack of significance to your life isn't lost on you.

Pour le merit, pour le patience, pour le Bass Pro, here ya go, Bro.

Dear MOMs, while you were sleeping there was an historic event down under. In the rain forests of Queensland, Australia, a new Marshal was born. The Yakuza is an elusive carnivrous marsupial that eats anything red. Here is the first known photograph of this animal. It was taken by one of our remote cameras as it left its hide to hunt for fruit bats and possums this evening.
For more information. Check our website yakuzacantdance.com.lol
Congrats yakuza. I'll let one your MOM buddies open a public thread.

Yakuza, you possum eatin' Maori of the Royal Air Force, you! Congrats, fruit bats and hats off, bub! MORAF #80, and M.O.MMORAF #30, nice round numbers for a nice (not necessarily round) guy!

(That has to be the coolest screen cap crop in the annals of Dogfight. Good eye, Tzar Biggs.)

I'm off to add those all important (as in not at all important) six red letters to your roster entry, Yak. Because we all know it should really be MOTRAF, not MORAF, so whenever I type it the implied "t" is silent...but we all know it's there.

Atta Yak, well done!
