Was just sitting here thinking outside the box about the boats I have and the home I want.

The fellow that currently owns the home is an avid boater and is without one at the moment.
I just called him and offered to make an even trade. My boats for the home. I'll be taking a small loss, relatively speaking, and now he's checking with my broker on their value.
