My first encounter with the "lad" after he posts interest in joining my beloved squad was me explaining to somebody else entirely he was being a complete dirtbag for asking to be tanked while outnumbering a low ranker. Hell, in a situation where I'm on the heavy team in a 5+:1 BTC, I won't even tank at all. But to ask for a teamkill in that situation is just cheap. So I spend a little time trying to help dirtbag not be so dirtbagish and Joe Joe jumps up down with a me me me I'll do it response.

Gary, that eye looks like S@&T. I know the Doc gave you antibiotics for it. I've been in the welding/construction biz for 20+ years. I've seen my share of eye injuries. Burnt, poked, scratched, and misc. objects dug and drilled out. Cut you a potato slice before you go to bed. Diamond shape to fit your eye. Lay down, close your eyes, place that tater slice over your eye lid. A damp or dry wash cloth will help hold in place. Sleep with it over your eye lid. Something about the starch in the potato pulls out infection. Sounds like bull squat but you will be amazed at what a tater does. Keep with antibiotics and try that tater a long with them if you want.

It works better than any antibiotic they make and I swear by it. I know it sounds crazy but nothing works better. That thing will pull so much infection out of your eye it will turn totally black over night.

Thanks Max! I may have to try the Potato Pirate Parrot Patch. It's worse today. I'm thinkin the doc may have called it wrong. I don't understand why a scratch on the eyeball would make the lid swell shut, but whaddaiknow?

Need to be very careful with that, PH. I have seen a lot guys where I work that end up having serious eye infections after having eyes scratched. Usually from using grinders, though.

Looks to me like you may need a shot in the tookus. Something a little stronger than the eye drops. Especially if its getting worse.

If it was an infection on an area other then one of your main sense maybe I'd wait it out. The $20-$30 copayment is not worth the risk. Trust me I have to tell myself that all the time. In the last month I let a spider bite get out of control because I cant stand going to the "Dang Doctors Again"!

@Max I like that potato trick. I've also been told that if you are sick, cut an onion in half and set is next to your bed. It is suposed to absorb the virus as you sleep.

I've heard of the onion thing. Never tried it though. The tatters do work. I've done that a 100 times. Yes I'm a pain in the rump when it comes to going to the Dr.

Google "colloidal silver" i got rid of a bad infection with this stuff. I worked with a guy that made his own. Bought silver strips from the jewelry store, pass a current through the silver in distilled water. Test it for dissolved solids and you know how strong it is. I had a bad burn on my knuckles. Down to the bone. It got infected. I showed him and told him in a day or two I was going to the Dr. If it didnt get better. He gave me about a shot glass full of the silver water. I took it home, drank a spoon full, washed the burn, dabbed it with a Q-tip of the silver. I did it 2 days in a row and it was gone. It was red puffy and getting bigger before the silver, beyond healing on its own. After the silver it was gone and healed really fast. I would not have believed it if I haven't tried it myself.

He gave some to another guy we worked with for a terrible tooth infection. Face swelled up and he could hardly eat. 2 days it was gone. No dentist or Dr. Visit, just the silver water.

I can't stand the "shoot me for the tank" thing at all.. I was called a retard and a worthless player not long ago for not shooting someone down..N Parrot.... I was never even tweaked a little bit about saying NO Vote.... everything got all falckered up between all the post's. I was trying to clean that mess up and finally gave up... NP Davy..that was by far the most turn overs in a game...we were 20 to their 90 on BTC...everyone on my team left..some kid named J.G stayed and we won against heavy odds. Clay, bomba and 116 flyer were toasting our behinds but that kid managed to bomb like a crazed terrorist while I did my best to hold the front...great game
