Thanks very much for that. I just decided to take break. Wife is out of town this weekend so I have been trying to make up some lost dogfighting. I can't believe how rusty I had gotten. 420 gave me some "schooling" early today! :silly: At this rate, it will take me a year to get past Major General!

I think madtothebonebones link is most likely, can't see a csm being in a place to walk into an ied, reading all the mounted rifleman mags the Jonathan hunt above was second top man in 3rd cavalry just my thoughts, also check the Facebook last entry, the guy left the 3rd, doesn't say why, but at 44/46 I would guess retired maybe.

B, Do you know his mothers name? I have found someone who lives just east Of St.Louis, Missouri that could be his mother.

He served for too long to have been born in '86. He wouldn't even have been my age when he enlisted. That information you posted, if I read it correctly, says he was a gunner on a anti-tank vehicle. He was a sniper.

Not sure if John was a marine. I think he was army. But if he was Marsoc the marine component of socom which,is,a unified special forces group including all branches he could have been whatever. Either way they never release any info. Same as Delta force wouldn't. Confusing stuff trust me. Guys a hero either way I think a donation to wounded vetetans would fit the bill. But I want,to make sure the money goes where it,was fn intended too. I called my brother in law he was a high ranking army officer. I'll let you guys know

After reading M.O.M rules of how to post after invitation I have less of an idea how to than before I read so if i screw this up I blame illeteracy.

First off I'm Goose and I don't remember what else I was to explain about my in game stuff.

I am 24 with a master (wife) and three demon spawn. I have no job other than using holy water to keep my demons from bringing hells wrath outside the walls of my house. As far as anything else interesting I enjoy dinners by candle light and long walks on the beach ( watching football in the basement and only moving for another beer).

I was sent by coop to apply so coop if I'm screwing this up bad I apologize but regret nothing

If I missed or forgot anything please don't hesitate to put your complaints into writing and shove them you know where. However if it pertains to proper application procedure then I would be happy to fix or add whatever I need to

Luke aka Goose

Ok 173 got activated for three tours in enduring freedom starting 2005. So that narrows it down alot. They were in Iraq 2003 so 2005 to 2010 now just got to search that time frame, wounded in,action. B strahan said,he got injured in Afghanistan so my bro should be able to get something. All we got is John birthplace Missouri right.

Correct..It is sometimes hard to find intel about any spec ops personel due to the fact that they ..as you know dog run black ops or covert ops that no record is found.like you said in an earlier post i dont think he was delta..we never talked age so it wasnt clear to me.I know someone had said he had over 96 charlie kilos and that is quite impressive so that should be on record somewhere you would think.I have a good friend with the teams and he also is a sniper and he has been operational for over 15 yrs. and I dont think he has that many to his name.

So ... Is there any consensus on whether or not Missouri-born Jonathan Hunt from the 3rd ACR should be ruled out?

And again, why isn't there some kind of searchable WIA database anywhere?
