Dang it Comet! I hate when you do that! Was only gonna be on here for a couple minutes, just finished digging around looking for this "bait" which I haven't found! Lol! Saddest part, got to the bottom of the page, 4 people on line.

Just finished adding the new update to Elite, preparing for my "Return to the Skies" just dawned on me, while I'm sitting in the recliner for 2 weeks, you'll all be at Work! Guess at least I miss that not get shot down so much!

Hi Guys how's it goin? Sincere apologies for not being very active or commenting on the forum for a good while ! I'm even slacking on my spitfire build but some of that has to do with my son thinking he's barns Wallis and hitting it with a rubber ball and causing damage . Admittedly I am regular on the misfits clash of clans ( see it only takes up a few minutes of my time so the code 7 doesn't mind so much ) Anyway I've recently been on holiday and wanted to share some photos but had to get a new phone recently as I'm a dope and dropped my old one at work and just realised I haven't downloaded photobucket but will do so later. Just wanted you guys to know I still consider my self a misfit, well Ive always been abit of a misfit even before joining this squad and think of you guys regularly , damn I even mention the squad in work or when my mind wanders I think of amongst other things so what exactly did T build ? Or what's it like having a hangover in the searing outback heat oh and why would some one actively seek out tornadoes when their names not Dorothy ! Hulk "tinkers with cars" I cant imagine the hulk tinkering anything ! And will pagan one day end up being arrested naked at Stone henge trying to sacrifice his mother in law on the summer solstice ?? I can only imagine the entertaining conversations that flow from that huge brain. I don't complain about much, but I don't understand the distane. Maybe I have missed something, I used to actually agree with McKnucklehead. He has changed over the last few years. I hope he finds peace with his demons one day.

I return to the forum to re-read some of my posts from yesterday. I go back to some of the older posts that flamed up in the past (same conversation, about head on or the less boring style), I find the same argument and Im trying to grasp the point. I try to understand the endgame of this debate (you know, break it down). There are good points made for both styles. Flying around the map or up so high that you are unseen on the radar can change the game. The tactic that I use is also known as a game changer, Decimate the opponent, by being a good shooter, fly straight up the center of the map and kill everything. I have learned over years to watch for a player being absent (then I know to check for a sneaker). It takes a lot to get me upset in a game, I used to freak out when a player would sneak, now I consider it a compliment (they can't get passed me, so they have no choice). All the greats of this game have been deadly head-on shooters, not say they couldn't turn-fight. I look back on the players who have made it to the the top 20, think about it. BStrachan, Foust, B52, Wig, BlueMax, Mean, Crocket, VonKilner, Rodama, 1001, TBuilt, Wabbit, Vampire and that damn Green Menace. Joining a game and seeing anyone of these players on the other side would make you shutter. All deadly head-on killers that will wreck your KDR and most likely win the game. I'm not saying that they "only" fly straight up the gut, they would all turn fight you to the death also. They are multi talented. Every once in a while they would also sneak one in (when they have a team that could hold the middle). So I guess my question is, Who has the better "tactics", straight shooter or barrel rolling sneaker? I can play either way, I have done both. I guess some would say, I should fly like Mig.29 and drop my bombs after takeoff and try to get shot down on the enemy carrier, so I can tank and become invisable, then win the game. Trust my, I have only done this once (to Mig.29).

My point in this long rambling garbage post, I really don't care how the enemy flies, straight, twisty, sneak, cheat, curse your head off, carry bombs or not. Will I call you stupid, idiotic, weak minded, not so smart, water headed, or dumber then me? No, but I will say Gg after I win the game. Go play the game, the way you wish. That's your right, but when you "imply" that you are smarter or better then the straight-shooters, then you have my attention. Have I asked you to change you playing style or said it's silly (or some other condescending name)?

Well said Sir Hulk! Even though I haven't played a single game in a couple months, my total number of Deaths can be attributed to the very names you mentioned blasting me out of the sky because they were all quicker on the sight coming in head on.

Having played many games flying by your side, I would much rather take the fight straight on, occasionally a miracle would occur and I blast my way through to put bombs on target.

Then on occasion, I've been known to pull the old "Ripper Upper" and fly above the enemy unseen. But....never to the Base. I would always swoop down in the middle coming in fast and behind clearing a path. Hence my motto " Never turn your Back".

To hell with what anybody is trying to push down everyone's throat. No two people are alike, and each has their own ideas.
What some find boring, others find exciting. So just look at these types like the people that bang on your door wanting to shove flyers in your hand insisting you try whatever they are pushing. The door has hinges, Slam it shut and turn the music back up!

You are correct in your assessment that hulk is not so smart , after the last post it should be hulk is smarter than most . Keep doing what you are doing sir and if I ever manage to become one tenth as good as you it will exceed my hopes and desires considerably.

Will do Von , in fact I've dropped in a couple of times in the past few weeks and as ripper says it was rather quiet oh and have to be careful not to anger the wife as last time I had a conversation late on I woke up the kids ( Btjs fault )
Anyway all this hulk not so smart business got me thinking, Hulk isn't always hulk , when he's not hulk he's a particularly clever scientist who admittedly dropped a bollock once but still hes a smart bloke none the less so I guess it's a rather fitting alias Von ! Thought about stopping by but after spending all day doing some metal fabrication on the truck (rust removal and repairs) cleaning up the garage and building a shed next to the other shed for the riding lawnmower. I was to tired and sore to do anything lol let alone play df
