Hello [M]isfits,my name is boeing_747 my real name is Zachary, I'm 23 years old and I am writing this post because I wish to become a [M]isfit.
Just a quick summery,I live in Ireland,I've been playing dogfight for around 2 years now(dogfight1 and elite) I'm currently rank 21 (rank 20 in df1) and I usually get on grand with the people of dogfight I'm sure a couple of [M]isfits have seen me around the place.
Also I am aware of the rules of the [M]isfits squadron and agree to them

Iwo Jima just for a little context, during the latter half of the Pacific War, we had started using the bases on Guam and Tinian for our B29s to bomb Japan. but they had no fighter cover and the Japanese were using Iwo Jima as a staging point for raids on our bases, so it was decided we must take Iwo Jima.

So here goes the math
The Marines suffered 26000 casualties taking the island.

Since Iwo Jima is between Guam and Japan it also had the benefit of being emergency landing Airfield, and before the war was over 2,250 emergency Landings were made on Iwo Jima. Now with an 11-man crew for the B-29 multiplied by the 2,250 emergency Landings comes to 24,750 saved Airmen because of Iwo Jima. And compare that to the the 26,000 casualties taking the island of which about 6400 died you can see that in this sense the cost of taking a heavily fortified Island did indeed pay for itself.

I thought it was interesting bit of history.

Both screenshot's are from elite, so no problems then if we remove the lower rank lt Dan from the squad?

Would they both be from elite because one was transferred over from df1 after (weeks or months) after I went to elite and couldn't log on to df1 . So the lower rank one is the lil m inhouse one ? Just to be clear I understand . Tks

I know this is a recent request but I'm not getting much feedback on Boeing. I must admit, I don't recall seeing you in game.

I think the best thing to do for now is to try to get in as many games as you can with Misfits and then we can get to know you a bit better.

I Would concur.

You can find misfits in DF1 and Elite. I (and 6 or 8 others)still fly in DF1 typically EST between 8:00 and 10:00 give or take.

Notice they are both logged in at same time lol how's that on one devise

Seems like I remember something or should. Wasn't he in AOV? Or maybe applied before? I dunno, what I do remember these last couple days are all out of focus thanks to the Pain Meds. Wish they would have just left them the same. Hard enough walking as it is right now!

Pretty cool stuff Brother Fox! That was a hard fought Battle. We always seem to be on the other side of the Ocean when we start talking WW II. Reading, Pearl Harbor 1941 The complete History the last couple days.

That's the forum which is totally separate from the in game squad list, still unsure about what happened with the two in game that was something only a second account could do before never could one account be in two squads at the same time. But with a new game who knows it could be a new glitch we are now just finding out about?

I did notice you do have a new forum account looking at the low post and date when the account was made that's happened to several members Coop,Gaw and a couple other's.
