I was sure glad to see you show up in that one Noushy. Held on for a while. Think the DF gods were against me. Stacked that game a little one sided. Ended up getting brutalized at our airport in the end. Think I got killed ten times in a row. Got up one time dropped bomb to soon blue my self up. Got up one more and crashed into buildings. argh !!! After that was game over. I never even saw their base.

I just finished a high altitude (and attitude - in a good way) game with Jimboslice, and will hopefully see some of the rest of you soon over no-man's land. I joined that game last minute with soos hovering on top like a bat out'a hell...son of a gun took me out 5 times straight before I could say hello. Now to my MOMs, cause your opinion is the one I care most about, let me ask you a question...

A couple of days ago I found myself shot down once and shot, but not down again by a teammate. No apologies or aknowledgement. Ok so I declare the customary, "shoot red please". Followed by another blue on blue kill by the same guy. I take the appropriate action and kill him back (kinda like the state of Texas' stance). With another request to shoot red. Move on to playing the game and find tracers buzzing by my head yet again. So, I kill him again and expect the ban when I kill again but it doesn't come. I kill him again and again etc. etc. really pleased with the glitch. He finally leaves. I planned to report him after my games are done, but go to the next game and there he is again. It's a FFA and I tell everyone hes a TKer and call a truce that everyone respects, mostly, and commence to hammering the guy and talking smack. I'm gonna follow you from game to game, kick your puppy and so on. After 5,6,7 or kills. I get a "ok, guess I'm sorry". No good says I. Kill him again. It's a FFA after all. He leaves. I see him again yesterday in red. Ignore everyone else and focus on him. A couple kills and he leaves. Well I just found him again tonite in red. Kill him a couple times tell everyone he's a turd and why. He leaves, I follow. Found him again and just took a satisfying 5 minute ban after telling him he better go on the lamb and change his name.

All that to ask, is it enough? Am I outta line? I guess it's vigilante justice, but I just can't seem to feel bad about it.

So answer this... Next time I see him, should I ask him if he's learned a lesson and let it go or blast him?

Dent so nicely put it to everyone that the vetting process takes time. We honestly would like to not only see how well you interact with us all on the thread, but also need to evaluate potential MOM's flying skills, and that takes time. For me, one good mission does not a trend make. Personally, I like to see consistent results over many missions with the Old Mark 1 Eyeball, and that may take me a month do be able to fully assess a MOM candidate. Be patient. Trust me, we all talk about you all (candidates) behind your backs in the SC, and we share notes. Like Bad Santas, we know who's been naughty and who's been nice!



Did I mention to have patience yet?

P of H, I did the same with a repeat potty mouth offender who in all four games since yesterday began every game with obscenities towards the red team...my warnings only resulted in the D-bag turning his guns on me to which then resulted in me taking a 5 minute break, and another 5 the next game...Oh how I wish I had your glitch for a ban override or a FFA against Mr.Foulmouth..
