Because you all won't read
Second post...
"If you discuss anything other than players who should be on the TASK list or if you want to join or resign it will be deleted since I don't have enough time to move them all..."
There is a discussion thread where I am happy to discuss anything that has to do with the current T.A.S.K. Force. If T.A.S.K. was simply a team of players joining up to make people play the way they want I would be upset also and not be part.
The blacklist is not the force it once was and you and the Misfits and other large squads can handle these issues, we are here to help the rest of the players deal with horrible pilots who do blacklist-able or very close to it actions or style of play. Drop, camp, sk a bit if you aren't known as a game ruining player you will not be on our list. We also are generally only going after pilots that are told to us by multiple players.
If you want to pass judgement you are free to do so but maybe wait until we do something wrong first ok?
Look Wig I used punctuation and everything.
I might have even spelled everything right
This one nearly got by me, like a cockroach skittering across the kitchen while your back is turned.
Well, imaginary god forbid I should be among those who "won't read"...so here are a couple things I've just read:
____
Who are T.A.S.K.E.R.S. (Now named T.A.S.K. Force)? They are TEAM AND SPAWNKILLER EMPOWERED REVENGE SOCIETIERS, not vigilante, but harsh payback teachers. This is not for the feint of heart kids, here you will shed your decency briefly to make this game playable for decent members. YOUR mission if you decide to choose it..is KILL. Then post here for all of us, pics of your schooling is welcome and encouraged. FREEDOM IS A ROAD SELDOM TRAVELLED BY THE MULTITUDES.
____
vig·i·lan·te [vij-uh-lan-tee]
noun
1. a member of a vigilance committee.
2. any person who takes the law into his or her own hands, as by avenging a crime.
____
Possibly learning the word is a lower priority than indignantly declaring oneself to be
not the unfamiliar word.
What the all caps Frederick Douglass quote about freedom from slavery has to do with anything I have no idea, (Is Dogfight a slave state? Will TASK free us all from the tyranny of spawnkilling?) but it does reinforce the clear overarching impression that TASK thinks there are players in Dogfight who actually need TASK. No one, not M.O.M nor the Misfits nor the poor, hapless "...rest of the players" needs a band of "harsh payback teachers", indecent champions of decency, or "societiers" to unshackle them.
It's just a game. It is
all for the faint (not feint) of heart.
IF THERE IS NO STRUGGLE, THERE IS NO PROGRESS. ~
