Who doesn't know Jazhonky and Flybot? These two powerhouse new M.O.Ms alone would've made it a red letter month. It's long overdue to have you guys aboard.

Cricket, in addition to being a great player and great company in the game, you're the first and only fellow native Detroiter I've ever met in Dogfight! We'll be rockin' us some reds in the 313!

Hey Farnk Baracca! Did you know the first time ever a bomb was dropped from airplane it was dropped by Italian Giulio Gavotti. Theres a short story I wrote earlier with link to Wikipedia...

Just a couple things... Wikipedia did not know that Giulio could carry only three of those bombs in his suicase. The fourth was in the pocket of his leather jacket. Without any practicing of bombing Giulio took off and after about 40 kilometers of flying he saw an enemy base. Wig what the hell is this, a cattle call? Anyway, welcome aboard, new MOMs! We don't have enough folding chairs in HR, so please report to the curved cattle chute and up the loading ramp to the humane holding pen we had to borrow from Temple Grandin to accommodate the crowd --ahem-- auditorium down the hall from Room Six at 0300, for the customary orientation ceremony.

I'm thrilled to be a member of M.O.M. All around great squad filled with some interesting and terrific pilots. Now I just have to figure out how to drop my 248th banner and replace it with M.O.M. Any of my fellow MOM's have any idea on how to do this? I've tried just about everything.

Wow, good group. Some long timers there. Obviously all a little short on intelligence to wait so long to apply and, of course, to apply in the first place.

Remember new members...don't fly right next to me. Don't look at me head on. Rock your wings once when you see me and then pretend that you don't know me. Any how, back to my earlier topic.

WTH does it mean to be in a squad if we don't watch each others backs? Why fly the tag if you'd just as soon stomp another MOM as help one? The only time I fly against MOM is when the teams are even.

The game I described earlier was 1 vs 7 then 6 vs 2 then 7 vs 1 then 6 vs 2 again. (Thank you Martin!!!! even with a lost connect still came back to help) several members of another squad joined in. All started on my side saw they had a squad mate in red and switched to help. So it was squad vs squad for quite some time. Then it was Marty and I vs squad plus one. Marty and I both commented in-game. Wrong team?

The new update I totally understand. If you can't, you can't. Nothing wrong with that. I guess after the update makes its rounds this will be dead subject.

Bell, I feel your pain and know you have to take what you can get. You would switch if you could and do even with the bad crashing problem.

Trust me its SUPER easy to switch teams if you aren't currently updated. I do it almost every game. 90% of MOMs are apple users so no update. That's why most of us went so long without a tag.

I will quit bitching now.

True, I have many a 100+ kill game and a few 200+ that stemed from the lopsided teams. The 1 vs 7 wasn't the problem, I'm pretty good in that scenario and enjoy seeing how hard I can make it for them. My beef is a 1 vs 7 where another MOM sticks or spawns in and stays. I'm like, WTH????? Really? Theses guys must need your help more than I do. Go team !!!!!

Thanks MOM squad! It's awesome to be part of the clan. I'm really excited about this. I told my wife first thing this morning and she replied "can you make money at it"? Now there's a thought. I'm looking forward to learning all the tricks of the trade and secret handshakes. Also, congratulations to all my new MOM team mates and a special thanks to ParrotHead who raised me well.

The inescapable rumor mill of Dogfightville is already grinding up this newflash, but I'm happy to make it official:

Tony69 and I are pleased to announce the alliance of The Black Eagles and M.O.M

M.O.M has friends in most squads but none more so than The BE crew. Enzo (eaS), TheVampire., Vela and Tony himself are among the people I've enjoyed playing with most. I know many M.O.Ms could expand on that list.

When asked for his blessing M.O.M's Pope Bopes said it best, "They're a perfect fit; they play hard and don't really give a f*ck."

With the threat of M.O.M's imminent demise at the hands of the "United Against MoM" one-man pseudo-squad and the...the...uh...well, that other non-squad full of mouthy noobs...it's a comfort to know that The Black Eagles will have our backs. They're the second most fearsome squad in Dogfight...and I fully expect Tony to say the same of M.O.M!

M.O.Ms, throw a brotherly greeting to any Eagle you see in the game. (you can even extend Rule 11 courtesy to him if you both agree but that's entirely on a case by case basis, justsoyaknow)

No problem, Max. No wonder you're the best... You take this game SERIOUSLY...not just the flying aspect, but the teamwork aspect, too! But speaking just for me-- JUST ME-- when I see an opposing pilot who's GREAT, I can't help myself. I need to "have a go" to see if I can be the one to shoot 'em down. It's how I raise my level of play.
Maybe your opponents (to include our fellow MOMs who ended up "red") wanted to see if they could manage a kill against the dreaded Blue Max! For many, I'm sure that equates to a small moment of glory, so take it as flattery. Besides, I'll bet in their minds, 7 vs YOU was a fair fight! SB

Hello fellow MOMs and congrats to all the new guys. Guess what? I'm back. And have already been accused of hacking...(less than.500 game, still looks new to me but I keyed on him cause he cussed a lot and called me a cheater.)

I seen a lot of MOMs in my first game. Davy was red, as always,. M4 and tad and a few others where there. No one really spoke to me so it seemed you didn't miss me much. That's awesome. I want to slide back in under the covers like our wife's big a55 d11d0 that has been hidden from me when I go to work.

And wig. Second game was with some BE guys. I think they was trying to kill me though. They was red.

Alright. Earlier in a btc I seen buildings in mid flight halfway through the field. I'm done tripping on jimson weed so I know something is up.

AND... with these new hangars even Davy as a rookie couldn't miss them.

To mxmikey... I'm so proud! Raised him from an egg, I did. My own little M.O.Mlet.

For those that don't know, I met mxmike in the noob server right after he started. I was flying as Coach Parrot, trying to help all the lowly schmucks down there. Mikey here was the only one that refrained from Polly/cracker comments and didn't even tell me to effoff. I knew he was special then.

So for the record, mxmikey here is under my wing. If any of y'all wanna piece of him when he's flying Red, you gotta go thru me go right ahead and blast his pink M.O.M arse (this is a complete assumption regarding the color of mikey's bum. I haven't personally seen it yet, but Bopes has promised pics from orientation. We'll all know soon enough) outta the virtual skies. No special treatment here, unless "special" means "priority target". Toughen up buttercup. It's hell out there. (Seriously, welcome aboard!)

To the other dozen or so newly anointed M.O.Ms, a big brohug to ya. Most of you I know and can at least tolerate. Some, I might even like. Others, I haven't met or have seen little, but that'll come. And the last of you are S.O.L, cause I can't count that high. (Wig? 3? Maybe 4? Sometimes 2? But 11!!!!

Yes, Parrott. We induct three new M.O.Ms on the first of each month. Last month's three was two. The month before that's three was four. This month's three is eleven. Review Rule 7 if you're still unclear.

No but really, I didnt know if this was about a game I had with you the otherday? It was a zep you were attack I was defend I thought it would be fun to see if I could stay in the air for more then 30 seconds after I would see you on radar (sucks to spray and pray to no avail).
You are by far one of the most deadliest players in this game, reminds my of a fight I was in with "Iron Mike Tyson" back in 86, sorry to say it never made it to the 10th round! (Sad really I practiced holding that big number "10" high over my head for days! Got scares from the blister that the high heels and that anoing T-Bar Slingshot contraption they put me in!!!)

It has been tough to jump games like before so when I end up in a game Vs. a MOM I havent been trying to switch, just been trying to keep from get my face pushed in to bad.... I do get your point in bring this up (overnovernovernove..... Again lol just messin with yah) it is by far alot more fun to run with a MOM on YOURside then to run from a MOM on you BACKside! Aint sat right in days.....
