Yup BT is right. SB467 if you haven't had a dogfight with him yet you are missing out. Deadly. He is one tough customer. His DF maxims thread is a must read. The best post on here in my opinion.

Hey all...long time no post. Let me leave you with these musings:

I've been on a mission of late to find Kopf, which has kept me off the boards. We both live in the same area here in Fort Worth/Dallas so I've started my search in California and I'm working my way west. Hoping Blob will put me up for the night when I reach the islands.

I'm finding the latest update to be piss poor on my Nexus 10. Chat only works for half the game before going out and typically right after I "mistakenly" shoot a blue. Screen freezes up whenever I see Blue Max and urine seems to run down my leg. Frankly, I'm not sure the urine is coming from the Nexus or not.

Recently did a NYC trip with the family. Spent my entire time looking for Wig. Wait, he moved? I really need to read up more. I did come across Diesel's place on 5th Avenue. Very nice! Walked in and they had a list of rules on the wall but it only went up to 10...typical. If anyone tapes Colbert Report and has last Tuesday's show then you can see me. Frankensteineion (spelling?) man dressed in the red shirt on the right side second row. Maybe Luna will post it in her thread.

Hasn't Lapa been in MOM since the beginning? Love me some Lapa. I guess this is also the time to mention that Dragon1000 is a MOM. I instituted a draft so until he flies the tag consider him a draft dodger and make sure you shoot him down when he's red.

Saw the thread on the Roo's and have no clue what happened there. I guess it's for the better that I'm in the dark but just shows how little I've been reading up.

Some SB467 talk? He's another one I've drafted. Remember him from the early days and he's one of the best chasers out there. His post on tactics in the Gossip thread should be required reading and Blue Max is right that his post is the best one out there after all of mine.

I love the pilots that chat about how they hate MOMs. I usually have to agree.

Anyway, time to start looking for Kopf again..

Lol that dangerous list is only in chronological order davy , not top to bottom most dangerous . Its a list in no particular order except how well each induvidual and myself are shooting in that particular day ...so from day to day the order is subject to change

(that had to be a glitch) Particularly the Mutual Admiration (and Auto-Erotic-Self-Admiration) Societies. The M.O.M thread, and for that matter the M.O.M squad, has never been about chest (t)humping. An occasional nod is fine, of course. But we hide our lights under big bushels of bullets. We hide our ego-faces behind masks of stupidity. We defy people to distinguish the face from the mask. We can't, why should they be able to?

The thread is a year-long series of non sequitors intended to baffle and confound...even ourselves. Ask Paul and Dent. Ask Zandor, or just pick up a copy of the trade paperback edition of his collected posts. It's a real page-turner, all five pages of it.

Screen caps of monster scores. Meh.

Find something funny on the web, preferably something having nothing to do with Dogfight. Post that. (Ask Paul for tips.) We know you're good or you wouldn't be in this squad. I'm still at the lake. Having so much fun doing nothing, we decided to do it some more and stayed a few more days. We'll be heading back tomorrow afternoon.

I had delusions of marathon DF sessions, but haven't picked up the iPad and hit "multiplayer" once. Oh well... Was a little shaky the first couple of days, but then hardly missed it. What I did miss was the forum, specifically M.O.M. I really appreciate y'all!
