How do you get a Gold Star, when opening a thread by clicking on the topic, you will see above the first post or last post (depends how you have set your post order viewing window, I have set mine to most recent post first) reply topic, unsubscribe/subscribe(depends if you have ever posted in that thread) Favorite. Since you have posted in the MOM thread, you will see right above Topic:

When you hit favorite, it will show a Gold Star next to that Thread.

On the main page of all the threads, mine comes up as Recent Discussions, where it lists all the recent discussions, you will see the thread has a flag next to the Thread Name, it means you have posted in that Thread. If a Thread contains pictures, it will have a paper clip before the number of views. I only go to the one with paper clips, to many words make me dizzy.

So to sum it all up, Gold Star for you Max!

Sorry guys. It keeps saying on my screen that that they have a "Lost Convict" and when I get done looking around the room for him my game has to restarted!

Due to th rising cost of ammunition. My crew has informed me (the pilot) that I am unable to fire warning shots around enemy planes...
I can't honestly tell my crew the all of those are warning shots.
If you see my crew please tell them that their pay will be cut until the price of bullets come down.
Sooo. If you see me in game and it takes more than 2 shots to kill you just think about the hard working guys that had bread taking out of their kids mouth.

Hey davy you play on an iPad right. I have tried a couple of time playing on one i have found that you can't twist and turn the bigger tablets fast enough to dogfight. Hope that helps

What is the best devise for dogfights and would you lose the head on shooting ability

Just my thoughts here, when I switched from apple to samsung I do feel I lost some of the stability of head on shooting and gained some on tight turning.

Im no master of either but I did notice that. I have wondered if anyone else has seen the same.

I think the smaller the device the better the dogfight the bigger the screen the better the head on. I have heard a couple guys say the iPad mini is the best of both worlds. I have never used one so i can't tell you personally. Also I fly with the sensitivity turned all the way up its better for turning. But seems its hard to get my plain to stay steady in a head on pass.

First read SBs maxims on dogfight thread. Everything you can possibly need is there. Add patients to that and you've got it. Some dogfights take a long time. I will also hunt the player with the most kills or highest rank in a DF. I don't crash on purpose though. Always an accident.

The iPad I like way better than the iPhone. Not so much for tilt and control but just being able to see what you are chasing.

Slower planes you have to juke and jive way more. Never do the same thing twice. Don't stay turning in the same direction for more than 360 degrees. If you do you are going to die. Good practice in any plane. Don't be predictable. Doing the same move over and over I will learn what you are doing and anticipate it to kill you. Make the shots you get count. Most times you will only get one chance and it will be quick. Never get distracted with the easy kill. One shot and back to the chase for the next. Stay on the guy you are chasing. Stay away from the ground. Higher is better.

Everything Max said and my favorite: break away and fly towards a fellow blue plane..creates more arrows for the plane chasing you and with a swift criss cross, you will almost certainly gain the upperhand...only works if there's a friendly flying nearby though

I don't know if its me but it happens a lot. I think most of it is from new guys ranking up. Shock to the system getting killed mercelessly You can't say much. I've been Noushed plenty. From half way across the map. I'd rather they stay. I really like a perfectly matched up game. Comical to see them disappear sometimes. Had one the other day 5 vs me, all of them switched sides after i killed them a while and we bombed there old base. game over. I was cracking up. They defected and I gave them asylum.

sorry for the accidental bail max n noushe,but that was my 3rd game and i kept hittin the wrong buttons since i got on..plus i use a galaxy note 2 and 1,i keep hitting the volume button making me blind for a few seconds and 2 i have an invisishield screen protector whos thickness kills my tank controls and sometimes fire or bomb. what kills me is they are $18 a piece,military grade with lifetime warranty,which means IT will survive when i throw my phone across the room.
