That was me. My great, great grandfather was Mathias Hohner.

I am an amateur musician; play accoustic guitar, flute and harmonica (this last one I am still learning).

I've tried over the years. The dogs next door seen to like it. They always seen to try and sing along with my playing.

I did read in a game, someone say there grandfather was the maker of one of the harmonicas. I think it was Hohner, but not for sure.

I wish you the best Davy. I am no stranger to fights with the city council and that is one of the reasons I now live at an air park and all my neighbors are pilots and airplane builders. My troubles only cost me about $12K in legal fees and a year long fight. I did have donations to help pay for about half of it.

The utility was started by several crooked politicians in which we exposed to the public and now all these politians want to shut me down. They stood to get rich off of this sewer and we were able to stop them, so far at least. The people here love me but im very hated by the tenneessee government.

I am fairly used to being shot down anyway.

I'd have just jumped into a different mission on another server but the game was overpopulated into the red all day, odds were against getting back in once having split.

Ten-hut, M.O.Ms!

Take a moment to scan the roster, find your name, accuracy-check the info and bust me a PM if your player name/forum name/first name/city/state/country are either incorrect or invisible.

BRIAN 257, i feel your pain, my fight has now been about 5 years and unfortunately i haven't had any donation help. Once you step on government toes you became a target and various agency's will come after you like stink on poop (pardon the pun )

I did reach a tentative agreement which may not hold, I just don't know yet. I believe that they do not want me in trial because we have the upper hand and they will lose. In the meantime my legal bills keep piling up.

Most folks do not care if its not happening to them however it is happening to them, THEY JUST DONT SEE IT YET but there is a time when all will see. I know you believe that to huh. I just thank the good lord that im a fighter.

Thank you dogfight and MOMS and the creators of this game as this game is a great distraction from the troubles we share.

Marty and Davy, great game. Best one all day. Was getting my backside tanned until Marty showed and switched. And if hadn't been for the Jedi mind trick Yoda pulled to get Ronnie and Davy both to chase him high, I never would've gotten that last hangar. At that point the win was more important than breaking 100 again (Wig, I think I'm starting to get it  )

Sorry, Max; it wasnt a rage-quit, althought one could think it was, given the holes you put on my plane... lol
But I never rage-quit. Fact is that I automatically kept pressing the right-midle region of the screen, to hit the "airplane" button as soon as it shows up, but unfortunately you shot me in chute, on the ground, so fast that i didnt realize i get shot, so the button that appeared under my thumb was the "quit" button instead... lol (we should have a confirmation button to press after hitting "quit", by the way)...

Hope I can begin to offer more resistance to your skills and your ipads, guys, after getting a joystick to mess with windows 8 version of DF... ;)

Nice choice, Blob...Break of Reality is a great live act. I haven't seen them in a couple years. Not enough Laura Metcalf in this clip, though. She's the most brilliant member of the group. "Brilliant" in this context being synonymous with "hot". I nearly had her persuaded to come home with me after the gig. "Nearly" in this context being synonymous with "snowball in hell".

...as well as one M.O.M offspring, SonofShiver, and one major ace about to be MOMified. (stand by for the 1st of the month newsflash!)

If Im guessing correctly on a couple of the name-changers that's roughly 33 certified M.O.Ms in about 48 hours, easily a record. There are reports of missions with 8 out of 8 players bearing the illustrious colors of the "maternal squad". (ah, KptnSingh, where are ya when we need something new to stir up a derisive laugh?) I was in a couple with 6 or 7 outta 8 players being M.O.Mbers. Rule 11 has gotten a healthy workout this weekend!

So great to see elusive M.O.Ms like Racin, Streets, Fred, Fela and Killah in action along with the welcome regulars. And the weekend is still young!

OK, not trying to be a little whiner here, but pilots should not choose names for themselves like "jihad fisabilah". It might seem cute to some, but many people have died from the terroristic acts of these so named entities. To choose such a name as a dogfight pilot implies that you support such groups, and I will shoot yo butt down, RED- OR-BLUE!!!!

I thought this about the Nazi names in game and it got me thinking. The world has terrorists in many guizes. You could argue that some governments are terrorists, threatening our health with questionable practices, killing without justification and by wire. These acts, from whoever deems it justifiable should not be celebrated or made light of. However does it mean we should pretend they don't exist? This game is based on war and the names in it can reflect that. Freedom of speech should be preserved, but I don't condone 'support'. I see these names as relevant to the topic of war in general. Do you support terror by playing DF? It's the attitude behind the in game name that matters. Maybe ill change my name to Gandhi, just to be ironic. I say if you choose a war themed game, expect war themed references....

Now I don't want to fan the flames here for a long political debate on what should or should not be expressed about war, but if support for terror is the aim, delete the players concerned. If factual relevance is the idea, fair play. As this is based on the Great War, perhaps a compromise could be stick to WW1 references.

Peace all.

HERE I AM SITTING THERE, HANDS GRIPPING THE IPAD, FACE 2 INCHES FROM SCREEN, SWEAT POORING DOWN INTENT ON GETTING THIS GUY AND LOSE THE GAME.

In my defence, I was a late (confused) arrival with no concept of the tactical situation. Martin (yoda), who had humiliated me all day in previous encounters, was off on some lazy stellar journey and looked like an easy target. If only Davy had given clearer direction, I could have turned the game for him.

Anyway, as brief as it was, It was great to be in the air with you guys.
