Paul, Ped, Richy and anyone else feeling "dogged", let me clarify. I, Gary/ParrotHead, do not feel slighted or in need of an apology. Y'all are welcome to whatever stance you like or need. I suppose I can understand and sympathize.

Know this... Over the last few months I have gotten to know and respect y'all as a whole and some of you, Uncle Paul, a lot more than others. Please do not think that I am in anyway upset/mad/pissed with any of you for taking the positions you have, it's your right and I'm not trying to make you change. Also know this, I don't know Dogss from Adam's cat. I haven't gotten to know him (yet) like I do you guys. At this point and time, I'd trade a 1000 of him for any one of y'all. Hopefully, this will all be behind us soon and we'll all be better for it and I also hope the end result is not the loss of ANY M.O.Ms. If I've in some way offended you with my nonoffense take this as "my public apology".

Yeah! What he said! Here's my little ultimatum for you, Poo. I'll quit every game I see you in until you're flying a M.O.M tag. Now where ya gonna get those points? I'll pass you in no time. Everytime I take a break from the Forum (because of REAL LIFE) and then come back, always too much to read to catch up.

I just don't get it. We're the most read thread in Dogfight, and I'll be the first to admit that I don't get or understand most of our postings. Maybe I don't have everyone's sense of humor, so I try not to say anything that can be misconstrued or misinterpreted. I tend to be long winded, but I always strive to make sure my audience knows what it is I'm saying.

For me the Golden Rule applies to all things, even a game like this. I realize not everyone shares my values, and I have to accept that too, and try not to get too upset when other players show bad form. But it's their perogative.

I can't tell grown men how to behave, nor should I. I respect an individual player's skill in the game primarily, and if they are witty as well, that's a bonus. I thought MOM was a home for both. I won't apologize for Doggs' actions; they were his alone and not sanctioned by the SC. But since I'm not as active there as I probably should be, maybe they were, and I missed that memo.

I'm mainly concerned with Rick's health. We have had two great members of MOM pass away long before they should have, and I have no desire to do another memorial flight for any of you - Paul, Rick, or whomever else is facing serious health issues. I think that the love and respect we have for each other should supercede all else. Please let's just bury the hatchet and get back to what we do best. It is time.

Paul - for all you do for us, you're the glue that binds us together and keeps the party hoppin. We need you back pal.

Doggs - Your flying skill will have you at MORAF in no time. There is much you can share with us that are far less skilled. Teach us Yoda how to become Jedi.

Rick - so much love and respect for ya man. You are by far the most creative, most funny, most hip cat on the block. MOM would not be MOM without your guiding hand. I envy your ability to effortlessly say just what needs to be said at exactly just the right time. There's no replacing your health, so please, please do what you must to get better and join us soon.

SC - So much to say about you guys, some of it good. Mostly. If it wasn't for you guys talking me back from the ledge, I'd probably be happier and in a better place . Thanks for always being there through all the frustrating times, and keeping my perspective on this game that we all take far too seriously at times. Glad I don't see most of you in the skies as reds!

Newbies - Don't get discouraged by us old farts. We need fresh meat for the BBQ pit. You guys bring the passion and playing excitment that a few of us old hands can use. Keep it classy, keep it entertaining, and keep it MOM.

Then, the "REVOLUTION".

A joke (?) that was never clear to me where the humor would be.
The insults from dog began. "That's just Joe, it's his style."
BULL-CRAP! If crude, classless, vulgar insults about people you don't know, and especially family members, is style, I am way too old fashioned. I grew up to show respect.

The apologies to me are un-needed. I have never been upset with the SC. Frustrated? Yes. When no-one else stood up for the insulted (they didn't know it) I resigned.

My conditions for returning are simple and have been presented to the SC:
A public apology from Joe to those he insulted (even if they didn't know all of what he said).
A private apology to me from Joe for things and insinuations that were made.
Or his immediate removal from the SC and the squad.

And tell RichyRoo that I give him 6 hours to go back to this childish squad. Tell him that there is no shame on whining like a kid, nor in going back and forth, in and out, up and down, because we are all imature old men - otherwise, we wouldn't waste so much time in a mobile-game-forum, huh?

By the way, when I was writing the last posts, my wife noticed my looong typing, and my facial expressions, and she asked "What the hell are you writing so hard?" When I told her what was it all about (all this dogss struggle), she said: "WHAT? Are you spending all this time and effort just to sniff on oversea people's gaming trouble?" Do I need to say anything more?

You don't know me, I am a newbie here. I know that you are one of the 12 original MOMs. Now I read what you wrote about yourself, hope we all get pass this: we all fail, no one is perfect.

But please, think about this: if you have a problem with Paul, use PM, because Paul is one of the most loved members of this forum - and your personal struggle against him would certainly make your image here worse than it is right now.
