Fact is a few of us have jumped the gun on the issue and ran off at the mouth only to wish we had chose a better approach to begin with. Someone snatched 3 Karma points in the last 3 days...deductive reasoning would imply it's one person as the timing so indicates...don't know who can take away points from Noushy...I see it as the repercussions of calling some people out for their habitual bomb droppings, don't really care though but if you're reading this ol'karma bandit, you know what karma stands for right? OK just because I feel like i need some punishment and you will probably take my karma down for saying this but I took 1 karma from Blue Max for saying something to the affect of, "Well Raptor who cares what you think? I know I don't!" (couldn't find it to quote it) and maybe others feel like me that these types of comments are completely uncalled for and this is why your karma is down. You can say someone is wrong or offer your opinion but trying to tell them that their comments are not worth posting is unfair and makes me wonder who's comments count in your mind. Isn't this what the karma is for? I don't really understand the whole karma drive part either (I have an exception I will post below) artificially boosting each others karma defeats the purpose. If they are adding positive vibes, great karma up, singling people out and making them feel bad karma down.

With that being said if someone is just taking your karma down over and over to punish you guys that is wrong. I agree a karma drive should occur to put you back where you were more or less. I'll even give you the one I took back if that is the case.

Whip, that's exactly why I started the thread. Somebody, and I personally think it is Bomer somebody with multiple forum accounts was taking karma 5-6 at a time. There were some other guys that had taken a hit for multiple other things and we gave em a boost. I stopped posting the drive because I agree with you. No artificial bumping. Defeats the purpose. I appreciate you stepping up. You get my next bump.

Manfred, have you ever seen him here? Answer= Big Fat No. The guy doesn't know a thing about MOM, MOM's rules or even has any interest in complying with them. I'm specifically referring to our rule 11 which states, in a FFA, if you choose not to comply with rule 11 of engaging another MOM, you must first announce it. I understand this is a Squadron issue and probably does not belong here. I just wrote my intentions so we are all on the clear.

I have played with and against diesel many times. He has always shown respect and has always played fair.....As far as the rules of the m.o.m squad, I didnt think anyone in that squad followed their own rules...lol...

I keep hearing he's a good guy and respectful from various people so I it's probably true..it's also true that he was rude and doesn't follow our rules. Oh well, he's not important enough to be wasting my time, maybe he'll explain his actions once I put a couple holes in his plane

Diesel is a mistery to me... I played with/against him only three or four times, and he is very good (but it doesn't say much, as for my standards 99% of the players are good... lol).

And he was always nice and played fair. But just once, he was in my team, and I saw him spawn-killing in such a situation that it was not absolutely necessary... I asked him about it, and he said something like "just having fun", and after few seconds, he said sorry and stopped doing it...

But hey... are we going to be saints here? lol

Karma to you Noush, for the FFA game yesterday or err, was it the other day. This spring forward crap is really messing with my biological time clock. Shame on you, George Vernon Hudson, who started this whole daylight saving crap. DST is worthless, IMO. Or was it the Romans that started it.

Everyone else, I sincerely do not care about the karma drop. Please distribute your karma allotments to others that do care. I like the idea of the karma buttons, but because it can easily be abused, it will be. If somebody has an issue with me, but lacks the balls to either voice publicly (really! This thread is the perfect opportunity), or the common courtesy to PM me about, I really could care less if you're upset. Keep clicking away. Just don't expect me to change. I love me (a lot!) and your insignificant "attack" means nothing to me. On the other hand, if you have a legitimate gripe and miraculously grow the stones to speak up and I'll be glad to discuss it.
