I begun this aiming to write a lot (I mean A LOT!) about how most of the members of this forum (including myself!) used (and uses) to spend their precious time to elaborate, write and post complex theories and discussions about... about...
...About what? Dear God, about what????

About who are the bad guys and who are the heroes on this virtual tiny green map?
Or about the "ethics" that one NEEDS TO HAVE to live play on this world 3D-map, to not being thrown on a thorny pit? Or About how the game physics treats the bomb thrown over the hangars row (yeah, that was one of my biggests and craziests and whackyests posts here)?
Or about what are the comsequences / reasons / fun / of spawnkilling?
Or about... about...

As I said, I edited the post. At first, It was HUGE after 12 minutes of frenetic typing trying to enumerate the crazy debates that made many people to spend hours to find the philosofall stone, to find the truth that lies in No Man's Land... But I needed to crop and change the text a lot when I realised that, in the end, this post would be just another giant, overelaborated post about... about... About a mobile game??? Ouch!

This thread is about how people is spending so much time and effort to discuss such a trivial and non-important matter (a mobile game) so deeply, so seriously... I am concerned about it: this game (and all this "ethic thing" built around it) is driving us nuts!

Hope now I am clear enough...

This DF world is about the people in it. There two separate worlds, the game and the forum. When you have many people from different ethnic background, philosophies, opinions, personalities, etc., your bound to get a variety of comments. Comments that might be funny, serious, dramatic, heart-felt, sad, etc. It's the same in everyday life. This is no different. Everyone has a choice. We either choose to ignore the comments and move on, or make our thoughts known. My point is, everyone is different, and unique in their own way. Only you can control you. I chose to respond to your thread because I respect your opinions. I hope this makes sense, Ped. As far as your english, I don't know what you're talking about.

BTW, I'll never get in a tank war with you. You kicked my arse the other day!! Good times though.

About the thread subject: you are 100% right! But my main concern is not about the existence of these discussions; its about how much effort ant time is being spent by people to make these discussions about... a mobile game!

But as you said, everyone is different. And only me can control myself... OUCH! If this is true, I am LOST! Where is my methylphenidate??
