Larry that's madness I bumped into someone using my original name of Delirious22 I asked them if they know who Delirious22 is then they proceeded to say dunno So many imposters about now days they try to bring the original a bad rep but it don't work lol its like I see a second Viper10 a few days ago also I asked a question that only viper would know and this imposter wasn't seen again

Greetings fellow Wolves, so I noticed that when I searched for WolfPack & Wolf.Pack the same list of pilots came up and I was the only one with the dot, so I'm experimenting by dropping the dot to see if it solves some of my comms issues. Hopefully it does.

I usually just type in "wolf" and the different selections come up. Less information is better in my search engine experience.

Okay, no need for this in our main page, we wanna keep that as welcoming to new wolves as possible, so here goes.

Q: How do I deal with wolves who are breaking squad rules?

A: Use your chain of command. A simple PM to one of the Air Marshals in your Hunting Group with a detailed description of the alleged infraction will suffice.

Our squad rules discourage foul language, showing a lack of respect for other players, and other things of that nature. Please refer to the first page for a detailed list of the WP guidelines. When a player steps outside the code those instances should, at each wolves discretion, be brought to the attention of an Air Marshal for their consideration.

Q: What if the person who is breaking squad rules is a higher rank than I am?

A: It is normally not a juniors place to correct or advise a senior, however we do police our own and handle things in house. Should you observe a senior squad officer behaving in a manner you feel is contrary to squad rules please just note the time of the alleged infraction, the others who may be a witness, and send a PM to another squad officer in a higher position. An example would be reporting a Group Captain to an Air Marshal, and Air Marshal to the OIC of the particular Hunting Group, or an Air Marshal to the Exectutive Officer or Commanding Officer for their consideration.

Q: What if I feel the senior officer's behavior is such that I feel it requires immediate attention?

A: If a case arises where a senior wolf officer is acting inappropriately and immediate action is required, a simple reminder is considered good practice. For example, if you observe a senior officer using foul language in a game or on chat and the situation is out of control, a simple message "language" would be appropriate without skipping the chain of command. Should the reminder prove ineffective a PM to the next higher wolf would again be the right course of action.

As a reminder we wolves highly discourage bickering in public, be it world chat or in game. Any and all discipline issues should be handled in house and in private. This includes any public reprimand of any of our wolves, from the most junior to our Commanding Officer.

Q: What if the questionable behavior comes from a equal rank officer, an OIC, the XO, or CO?

A: Same method as the previous. A simple reminder, "language", "calm down", etc. as the situation warrants, will suffice. Should the reminder fail to work a PM to the next higher authority would be the correct course of action.

As previously stated, bickering in public is highly discouraged. We will and do police our own, but not in a public forum for the whole community to observe.

Of course if you observe the Commanding Officer behaving contrary to squad policy a good idea would be to just watch and send him a PM later asking for clarification, if you are brave. LOL

As always, I will ask for feedback to the above policies from all our wolves. It is our squad and collectively we should all have some input to our policies. I tried to cover the bases concerning what we do when it comes to folks breaking squad rules and how those instances are handled. In the instant case (If you are on here you know what I am referring to) I failed to provide any kind of guidance on how to deal with perceived misconduct and subsequently feel the whole aforementioned misunderstanding was my fault. I often incorrectly assume all of us share the same background as I and frequently leave things unsaid that I assume are common knowledge, which is usually a bad decision on my part. In this case my error was assuming all of us are familiar with chain of command including its structure, purpose, and correct use.

From all the reports I have gotten regarding this incident none of our wolves acted out of line, not a single one. I am proud of each and every one of the involved parties for their conduct and take full responsibility for the way everything was handled. I can see we have some real stand-up wolves, and I am proud to be a part of this fine squad. Frankly I would rather have this kind of thing happen than some of the free for all stuff you see from other squads, hands down.

Finally, how do we prevent future incidents? My thoughts are we instruct all newly promoted wolves on their chain of command, stress using the chain of command whenever possible, and advise all new wolves and those who have been here awhile on our "policing our own" policies and how to settle in squad differences.

Digger and I have worked to generate and provide this guidance to all our wolves in the event a situation arises. As always we are looking for feedback on the above policies, pro and con. Its our squad and we are constantly looking to improve and tweak things as necessary to keep Wolf Pack among the finest in the community.

Just want to share achieving a personal goal with you all, for what it's worth---after all, who else would care but you all? I don't know about you, but when I try to share my enthusiasm for this game and this community with an outsider, they try not to be rude, but they are humoring me just to listen. They don't get it, and I can't really blame them, I suppose. Still...

So, on to my news: I have gotten to the trifecta! 25,7555 kills, 2503 hangars and 3113 wins. It's easy to see my ratio of kills to hangars of 10 to 1. I wonder if anyone has ever computed that before? Surely, Deli would have done it, as numbers crazy as he is (love ya, bro!). My great sorrow is that my ratio of kills to deaths is still negative (but just barely). It used to be much worse, so I continue to try not to die so much, lol. Anyhow, thank you for listening, and all comments as well as hearing about your own numbers is very welcome. For example, I just found out that RC is at 240 WR, how about that for a great number?! Owwwwoooooohhhhh, brothers and sisters! Share something good with us all!

Well lets see my kdr in games depending on how lag is I am actually achieving the required kills but when I go to screenshot game closes I had a 120-10 game the other day but with screenshots I am getting frustrated by not begin able to grab them in nearing my 7 or 8 k kills my hangers are lagging tho cause I'm getting stuck with a team full of noobs mostly so I'm having to defend my base about a third of the way leveling up to 25 so if I can get games that are good I can get my achievements that are eluding me and I am wondering what the squad record for most kills in a single game is might be looking to add that to our wall of honour or have that as the a separate award called WPs CO award just a suggestion

I want to say Werewolf eclipsed the 200 kill mark, and if im not mistaken so did BlackWolf way back when. If someone is ambitious enough to research the thread those things should be posted as a screenshot or something. My personal best is 158, but only 150 that I can prove. Hit the goal and stopped counting.

Im not a numbers counter because I emphasize the way the game is played not the numbers along the way as a measure of fun and success. I hate to get all philosophical and silly, but when someone is reading my eulogy I certainly hope "was good at video games" isn't mentioned or thought of. Maybe as an epitaph, but not at my wake. LOL

With that in mind was in a good ctf with Acegirl as red and Misfit FBT as blue. Some really fun turnfighting mixing it up and trying to catch Acegirl while flying in the egg with FBT, it was really intense there for a while. The good intense that gets your adrenaline going and pulse racing. Acegirl is quite slippery but had difficulty with two MORAF's chasing her.

Now Dunc, if I tried to explain that to a ground pounder or civvie (maintenance person or civilian for you non-military speak folks) I'm sure they would listen with little interest and just humor me.

Bring your stories of good fights, win or lose, here because your brothers can relate to all the great df stories.

OBTW my numbers look pretty good. I finally passed Blackwolf for overall kills, but now that hes back that wont last long at all. Can you believe back when he and I were both the same rank, around 20 I think, I was ahead of him and we battled back and forth on the world rank board just like Rc and I did going for MORAF? Ah, those were some good times indeed.

I wrote you about this very subject already, Deli, suggesting that we should put Viper's 158 kills as the record for our squad on the wall of honor, seconded by Dire. The 158 was attested to by a fellow player in the game who was keeping track of it by game's end better than Viper was. Understandable, since Viper was covered in gore!

What great timing Greg! We sure could use a few prayers for one of our own, Dogwolf, (aka Dognammit) who fell off his roof yesterday and was seriously injured. We are still waiting on word of his condition.
