This is a regrettable decision. I entered WC and asked you to not argue about a game with a certain squad. A well-known squad that we have had a long and good relationship with and has supported us in the past. I was not in that particular game that you were in and can't speak as to what happened. But I know venting anger for all to see in WC is not the way to handle it. Lil and I were both asking you to stop.

I was the one who reminded you that arguing and using foul language in WC is not a WP rule. It's #11 on the first page! As a fellow Air Marshal, I asked you to PM me and vent and take anger out on me. I was willing to listen and be an ear.

Red, it's your decision to leave WP over one game. I'll say no more on the matter, as this is just a game.

Dire, to be clear. I wasn't using foul language. Quotation marks mean something. I also wasn't venting. Just because bzerk and jay were angry, didnt mean I was. As for rule "11!", being an AM, I had the right to address the leader of the misfits (bzerk). Maybe that's the point you're missing dire. I'm not just anyone in WP and neither is Bzerk. Maybe you didn't realize bzerk was the leader of the squad by the way he acting.

Either way, the reason why I'm leaving is because you and lil defended the misfits' actions when you said the misfits are "A well-known squad that we have had a long and good relationship with and has supported us in the past." In short, you were supporting them just because you got "support" in the past. But, if that gives ANY misfit, much more the leader of the misfits the right to say "f you", taunt me with, "yeah, you got nothing to say now" as if i got scared after I drop the issue and stop responding to him, then this isn't the squad for me. Imo, NO ONE has the right to tank glitch, act like a thug, bully, or say "f you", squad "friend" or not.

The way this has flipped on to me for daring to stand up to the leader of the misfits because he cheated, cursed and acted like a thug, is the reason I'm leaving. I'm not going to accept being talked to like that because they're our "friends" or because they're a "respected" squad.

I was asked to join misfits long ago, and didn't for a reason. But things has turned full circle for some reason. In the end, I'm not going to compromise ethics.

Red maybe if you provide Screenshots of said issues and as Dunc Pointed out we are like a family I didn't see any of this only your post on leaving the pack if you've got the screenshot at least share it cause I ain't tryna sound out of.turn but as a group captain and a Jr wolf has a problem and they speak to me about a issue if no AM Viper or Digger are not about I ask them to at least have a screenshot of the incident they wish to discus or any squad or pilot that might have a problem of with a pack member I ask for a screenshot unless I see it then I will try to resolve the issue but then if I can't resolve the issue I will take a screenshot and refer to a AM or email Viper if I think a AM might not be able to resolve the issue depending on severity of the issue but yes I see your point aswell red but A fellow AM was offering a ear to get your side of the story cause every story has 2 sides

Too many people are worrying about not making the big bad bzerk mad. But I don't bow to intimidation. And that's what jaykiller and bzerk were doing. Trying to intimidate me, saying I need to "watch how I talk about the misfits"

Bzerk was innocent until proven guilty because he is from a "respectable" squad, but juxtaposingly I was meet with suspicion, and told to be quite until an AM took care of it.

If this squad cares more about the opinions of other squads than its own members, then it's becoming an auxiliary squad to the misfits. Hence, the reason why I'm leaving. If I wanted to be a misfit, then I would join the misfits, not misfits lite.

I like b52, destroyer, hulk, bullet and many other. But they have some real thugs in their squads, and I'm not going to cow tow to those bad apples for the sake of not upsetting the apple cart.

On a lighter and happier note:

I just won my first ever first place dogfight. You know I have finished with lots of top three wins but never a top score. I was lighting them up, got a bomb drop on a tank, while getting two airplanes. Days like this come along and we get to enjoy the euphoria. Going for a motorcycle ride, back later.

I entered WC to stand up for WOLF PACK and calm things down--I am only loyal to this squad. I tried to get you to PM me as any other member of WP would have done in those circumstances.

My only real issue is that all this was done without running it up the chain of command, which is normally how we deal with problems around here. Red Werewolf holds a pretty high officer position and has my complete support, but I cannot help or offer any guidance without the information.

While I wont condone cussing in wc or in the game, I sure don't like it when other squads try to intimidate anyone in our squad, regardless of rank or position.

I got the other side of this already, and with both sides of the story I stand behind Werewolf 100%, mostly because of the reaction, not the action, if that makes sense.

Lets learn from this. Please don't cuss in wc, it isnt who we are. Please bring any issues to the chain of command when possible. My policy is and always will be to stand together with our wolves, and have everyone's back good or bad.

Regarding Werewolf's position, an AM wouldn't take care of anything in this case. When our AM's get into it the next higher person is myself, then Digger.

Now lets all take a deep breath, step back and figure out where we are.

Digger I understand that the none use of chain of command is upsetting and I tried to make light of the situation cause I don't want red to leave the pack at all I tried to understand what was going on cause like viper stated once a wolf always a wolf and red was here from day one as you stated and I will like to point out that I tried to refer to the chain of command " If a Jr wolf has a problem use a group captain if unless any AMs are about then if the group captain can't resolve situation they pass on to a AM then Viper Then yourself" I also stated that depending on severity of situation I will proceed to email viper directly if I believe a AM would be unsuccessful in attempting to resolve no offence to or AMs I was also tryna find your email as our squad CO but I may have missed it but now I have it saved I will either bring a situation to you or Viper directly upon severity I try to use chain of command as much as possible I know we are a International Squad like many others I don't know if we've got any AMs on GMT or GMT+ ie Australia or that side as if a issue happens it may be when Those in GMT- are sleeping I am on GMT myself I try to assist pack members to the best of my squad rank allows yet there's times I cannot resolve I'll proceed to email viper direct or pm a AM if I can

But remember that like work you report to a supervisor they report to a manager they report to area manager they might report to a operations manager then they report to the CEO so now referring to the squad in game the Supervisor(wing commanders/group captains) manager (AMs) area manager (HGO) operations manager(XO) CEO(CO)

I have been away for the last week. I was on a sea kayaking trip in one of our national parks with a bunch of friends which was awesome and then i come home to this! Old bear is tickled pink.

Just checking in.. After reading up on our squadron"s actions the last month or so maybe this is a good time to start my rehabilatation, I might not be able to fly yet, but at least I'll be here for Pm's, and prayer..

I finished my 6th and last 7 hr round of chemo last Wed.. The doctors are all positive, as are the wife and myself.. Sadly I still can't fly, but that will be returning as time goes by.. All accounts look like I've won the battle, and while it took its tole, it's my understanding that the physical issues that are causing my flying problems will ALL disappear with time.. I know one thing I have to wait it out, I tried to "fix" the problem by flying through it only to lose over 70 points on WRo.. So I'll wait lol..

Let me start by clearing this up. Dunc, I answered you because it was your post I was quoting. You didn't do anything wrong, I was using an example and nothing else.

I failed by not outlining any kind of policy or procedure for "policing our own" as it were. Im about to fix all that and clear that up, maybe on our main page.
