Thanks all. I was in a game last night that was just horrible. The enemy was camping, spawn killing and bombing planesinstead of hangers. I never got in the airline enough to fire at them. If I did,they flipped away. I finally had enough and left. I went 0-17 with one hanger bombed. I got luck on the hanger by hiding behind a guy all the way in. As soon as, he started getting hit, I rolled outflow right then kicked,etc. I was, over red base and hit the button, just hoping. Then with no ammo, flew embarrassment on them until I caught one on the run way, I dove right in to him. It was the same guy that kept us pinned.

Just saw Batman2015 in WC. He's a great player and had my eye on him to invite to WP the other day. Just found out he's already in HGA--great news!

On the downside, in WC I saw WesternWolf (formally WesternEagle) wearing a (wp) claiming he is in or being invited back in Wolf Pack. No clue what that is about, but I told him remove the tag.

I was briefly in a CTC game, 2 vs 2, with another member of the Pack being red (Batman). Who felt strongly against being shot down by me. I tried to explain that he was red, and my primary alligence was to my blue teammate as his should be to his red teammate. I said that the Pack views this in that fashion, but that as a Pack member it's okay it's nothing personal and shouldn't be taken that way. I would like to start using my title of flight instructor in a little unorthodox fashion if approved. I don't want to actually fly as an instructor but rather implement a briefing with all new Pack members using Private Messaging, in which I'll plug the Packs code of conduct, explain who or where the can get answers to their questions, etc. etc.
I mean no one has asked for actual flying lessons since I asked Dunq immediately after hearing the news, if he'ld train me. lol Details will follow if approved........any thoughts on this?

That's great if the person is on the forum to pm, otherwise you have to think outside the box. Don't view your lack of interest in flight training as a knock on you, but rather your fellow pack members who should be referring any and all questions to our designated flight instructors, myself included. I enjoy handing out "Viper strike tips" whenever I can. It makes me feel I have done something to help. I should be sending folks to our flight instructors for tips, rules, etc. and will try to do that in the future.

Anyway, you have my approval for your idea... so Yea is my vote.

I think this is a great idea! I don't think many of the new wolves come to forum or even know about it. I saw Batman and between myself and Lil we had seconds to explain a lot of detail in the blur of chatter on WC.

I didn't find the Forum for weeks after I joined WP either. It's a fluke of this game and hope it gets fixed soon. If I see Batman I'll tell him to come here and look for your PM.

Do it Larry and we'll have some well trained wolves!

Has anyone else noticed that with CTF everyone is lagging out 1 by 1 happened to me today I wasn't lagging out but the person who was before me left then I was lagging out so left as I thought it was a unfair advantage that I was getting kills and the reds couldn't see me at points I was unaware I was until I was informed but just wondering if this has happened to anyone else

Everyone has been discussing how to grow the squad with quality pilots. To be a good wolf and understand who we are and what we stand for, it is critical that new wolves be able to communicate on forum and private messaging. To that end, a new policy is starting today.

A new recruit wishing to join the wolf pack is to be sent a private message. The pm will tell the recruit they will be accepted if they can answer one question and post the answer on our squad thread.

An example:

Dear Recruit,
Thank you for your request, you will be granted admission into the Wolf Pack if you can answer the following question. The answer can be found on the first two pages of our squad thread. You must post the question and the answer on our squad thread. Please name a flight instructor.

This will require new recruits to know how to read pm's and navigate forum. Anyone who has the ability to accept or reject admission requests can send the new recruit the pm. Please post on forum that you are going to send the pm so the recruit does not get confused with two or more pm's. If you have any questions please ask.

Again the point is to have recruits that can communicate with us on our squad thread.

Blind brilliant idea brother also when I've been tearing up the skies had a few pilots interested in the pack I ask them to be on forum then they are confused on this I explain how to get on forum yet they are still confused i think zup needs to introduce a help setting for forum and how to get onto forum so they understand
