Since you asked: Yes, I think we should pass. I thought that is exactly what we were doing, actually. I think we should pass for the same reasons we would pass on a level 2, or 8, or level 9 - assuming our officers would pass on these levels.
In fact, I'd rather the NLRs accept a player who has a wonderful forum reputation but hasn't shot down a single plane. A wing commander/platinum boarder has my vote.
Its up to you guys, of course, but I hate that we have a junior classification. We are too small for that shit - I don't get it. I'd rather a squad tell me to shoot down a few more planes,
"we'll keep an eye out for you," than I would an offer to be something less. I wouldn't like a junior status - I wouldn't like that offer one bit.
It's a game after all. I'm for picking people we like, we know - and not treating 'em like... less-than.
