What to do if you are currently sponsoring but know of another potential:
Simply ask other squad members to sponsor the potential recruit. If all members with sponsoring privileges are already sponsoring, then it may be time to slow down on the recruiting process.
The NLR goal is to bring in good, well-suited members. No rush is needed.


However, if we get about one applicant a week, the little entry doesn't much address the issue. Yet, if these near weekly requests rarely show promise, my opinion is to respond with, "We will keep an eye out for and try to get to know you better."

The crux of the matter is that the "random requests" simply show up in squad chat with no way to message the applicant. All we can do is to check the player stats or look for the name in the forum.

Should we reject it right away or go looking for a few days before rejecting? I'm thinking it would be good for the first one who sees the request to post about it on the recruitment thread. Ask if anyone is familiar with the player and give it 3 days or so before rejecting. Hopefully a squad member will speak up if they know the applicant.

Nope. Can't find a reason not to. So, how about it? Will you honor us with your well earned authorship and authority? I know, we've been kind of slow about it. The fact is that we've been getting so much out of you as a general member... why buy the cow if the milk is free?

Sparrow posted something on the Blacklist about him and I didn't even know until I was posting something about him.

He's a MORAF who in a game with 2 under lvl 10 pilots was trying to use the carrier glitch. When I joined I let them know not to shoot him and proceeded to make him regret his decision to try and use a glitch to win the game

I have the screenshots on the Blacklist.

At the end, he ended up trying to walk on his own carrier to avoid me. After a while he was asking why I wasn't still shooting him.......he had glitched on his own carrier and was invisible lol

Lol, Nice one Disrupt-That is best method to counter glitch till zuperman correct it.

Educating new members how counter the gltches. I played many games with him. He uses tank glitch too at Red base in BTH game. He's not going to change. Once me and my son was playing the game "capture the carrier" and he somehow reached our base and landed at back to get one of us on runway. and the best part is, Ishan took him down before he can shoot.

Top end planes and that too fully upgraded matters a lot in such situation.

Just hit lvl 29

A short game, but fun. I almost made it across the map with the flag in my tank, but died a 100 yards out

Finished a piece of what I've been up to:

Converting a +100 year old carriage shed into a cottage for my teenagers. Unfortunately I can't access the "before" pics. This was one of those projects which would have been easier to do from scratch.

I milled a lot of the redwood myself on a friend's Lucas mill from storm fallen trees.

Gorgeous, Fate! When I lived in St. Louis, a retired architect rehabbed the carriage house behind the grand home I was renting. His place was half the size (and half the rent) of mine but about ten times better. Oh, and his name was Dick Cummings.

It was a family effort.

Everyone got their hands dirty. I am an electrician by trade but I had never worked as a carpenter before. A few friends came to help with certain parts but very little work was done by anyone who does not live in our home.

That looks amazing Mcfate! All of your hard work has really paid off. Now enjoy the peace and quiet because soon you will wish your house was still loud and full of craziness. Maybe not soon, but someday you will miss it
