I don't know about sludge coffee. Mine never lass that long. I do know most people wont drink mine they always cry that it's to strong. I look at it like I don't want hot tea. If I'm drinking coffee I want to know its coffee.

I usually piss people off when I make coffee. "Why did you use so much!!!" Oh well... I like it.

Don't know about Duck... Been a Lllloooonnngggg time since I've eaten any, and the last I had sucked, but with most other things coca cola, beer, or Dale's Seasoning will help get a lot of the wild flavor out of things. Dale's is killer on venison, but it's strong stuff, so use sparingly.

I did do a couple of chickens along side the pig this last weekend. We had out annual fall family camp out with the Cub a Scouts over the weekend. I cooked the pig (one of my best ever) and chickens for the non-pork eaters in the group. I'm still full.

Ok. Skip the coffee this morning. Just give me the can of grounds and a spoon... Or a bowl of coffee beans covered with milk and we'll call it cereal.

Edit: ok. That is nasty. I think I'll just get some sleep instead.

On the subject of tequila...

A few years ago our boss came to our work team telling us we were going to get a new workmate and his name is Tequila.
The guy came to us a few days later.
We all welcomed him and of course we all called him Tequila.
6 mouth later it turns out our boss was wrong.
His name wasn't Tequila but Tekle.
We had a laugh at it and to this day everyone calls him Tequila.
