It was a good game and a good conversation with you. Probably one of the better game modes added to dogfight. It goes directly for what I specialize in.
I just looked up all the names in the game dogfight with d93 in it and there are two names that could possibly have been in that fight. D93 (DOG) Gunzzz, and D93 Fire Dunzzz. I remember though that the guy I fought was a MORAF and not a Squadron leader.
The way the names are spelled you must have an admirer or you have two accounts. I really hopping your not lying to me and that the guy I was playing against just happened to me a MORAF who was using your name at the time. To bad I did not have a screen shot so we could be sure. Oh well. I will just judge you on how you act in the future.

When I first started here I used the tank glitch and was able to take out 7 hangers and win the game. Man I could hardly even kill one plane. I knew that when I used it at the time something was wrong. The opposing player explained the glitch to me after the game and I haven't used it since unless it's against reds that use it first or against a player that uses it regularly. I act this way against players that use any and every cheap way of playing and frankly I don't like doing it but must. I can't let them keep ruining the game for others by continuing to use these tactics. Now if I could comprehend the cheap play within my first 2 weeks of being here I am sure that you and all can comprehend it at this point. We all do. Just seems that some guys want to justify their use of it. Yes there are times when certain type of play is ok and that is where one's own common sense kicks in to let you know when to use it.

So yes Pedrinho, in my opinion all players in this game that repetively continue to use cheap tactics really need to be banned from here. Does that make me a judge or someone almighty? Heck no but I am a person who will voice his opinion. When I do voice my opinion I try to do so in a respectful way even if I do not like the person I am speaking to.

Tank camping, the spawnkilling variety has become less of a problem due to game coding. Thanks Zuperman! He has made many changes to try to encourage/enforce fair play. There was a time when you could park a tank on an enemy spawn point and cause crash after crash... After he changed that it really hasn't been such a complete game ruiner.

He added brake protection to counter spawnkilling, enemy territory for intentional tanking, instantly respawn for parachuting onto carriers...

Not everything can be coded out of the game. If you read back into df history (lol) you can see his posts and answers about many of these issues. In the end we have what we do today. Cry or fly. Your choice.

Once again it was not me. I am not going to lie about something like that. I stand by all my words against what I believe to be cheap play. If I thought sneaking was cheap play then yes I would be standing up to you on this topic that you mention but as you can see I am not. Why? Because it was not me.

I don't know who it was that you are referring to or why you even think it was me for one second. Maybe it is you that are lying to make me look bad. Maybe not.

As I mentioned you seemed cool when I met you in that flag game and I hope things stay like that with us. I am not appreciating you insisting that it was me. I don't mind that you did and came hear to say your peace. That's what this thread is for.

I have voiced my side of it. Whether or not you take my word on it is up to you. I can tell you that if you ask anyone here about me they will all tell you that I am a respected player. Yeah there may be the exception of a few. I think those guys would be the cheap players that I have called out in the past.

When I just made moraf 2 weeks ago over 20 players honored me by carrying my name. Now if I wasn't respected in this game that would have never happened. Maybe there was a player still holding on to my name that you came across. I don't know.

Anytime you have anything to say I welcome you to do so here or anywhere in DF that is. I have nothing to hide about my style of playing this game, how I relate to others, and who I am.

I will screw up along the way. I am as far as they come to being perfect. I do however try to do what is right. It ain't easy but man do I try.

Ped does not need banned. He is one of the wiser players in the game. Although some times what he says can be hard to swallow.

That is a very good question lol. Maybe we should spend more time trying to figure out a way zuperman could add things or change things in the game that would end this argument or divide. Maybe a flight model change. Nothing drastic but something that would satisfy everyone and the way they would like to play. For instance one of the things that people seem to have against turn fighting is that some devices seem to be able to turn the aircraft harder than others. On my iPad I have always been able to turn fight better than on my iPhone. Windows 8 players seem to be very very good at turn fighting and my iPad might be a better head on fighting platform than the windows devices or the smaller iPods and iPhones.

If we were to have a flight model in the game and the right ballistics for the gun rounds that no matter what type of device you owned you could win your fight by just being smart rather than having a unfair screen size advantage or a device that makes it easier to turn fight.

You could just leave the flight modle basically alone but add some small stuff into. Make climbing to the ceiling harder and the acceleration of the aircraft less. You try to climb straight to the top and you will stall out. Make it so you have to gradually climb up. Add inertia. In a hard turn in this game you don’t lose airspeed. Make it so when you turn to hard you gradually lose speed until you are are just slowly struggling around a turn and need to straighten out to regain speed and energy. Players who dive into a turn fight should have more energy to start with in there turn. To prevent that from making the turn fighters an easy target add ballistic drop to gun rounds or decrease the range that they can be used. Maybe make it half of what it is. Make it so you can see your enemy before you can really start shooting at them.

On the aircraft stats have planes that were made to turn fight like the sopwith camel and fokker triplane be more agile and be able to resist the interita in a turn longer allowing them to turn harder and faster for longer than aircraft like the se5a and albatross who were made to go fast. They are the boom and zoom planes. The planes that will lose energy fast in a turn but can out run the turn fighters. These would be the planes for head on shooters.

I could get into more detail on stuff that would fix the problem that we continually argue about hear but this is just a small rundown as to something we could do. I am not saying make it so realistic its hard. I am saying keep it easy but add some restrictions to the planes that will make it a little more realistic. It at least would give two varieties of planes to use that can fight successfully in different ways. Planes that can turn fight and planes the can zoom and boom. Could also have some planes that air in-between like the fokker d7. It was agile but not quite as agile the triplane. It was fast but not the fastest. It had a really good climb rate though. Se5a would probably be more of an in-between and the spad 13 would be a boom and zoom.

Anyway that is my two cents.

Me personally... I would say no to any more drastic changes in this game ? For one, with all the mechanical changes that's made, it still wouldn't prevent u from getting shot down by an Invisible player/pilot ? Or from getting spawn killed ? or from a parachute over u'r base fallen into vi@ Tank glitch & blowing u'r hangers up to smithereens ?

Not to say, Zup hasn't even fully implemented promises from long ago, lke, " Squad Wars ? ". So as u see, we would be getting a little off track by trying to further add to this game, for we are not still fully caught up ? but now, what we could use is is sum subtracting ? lke remove what seems to be a recent & long ago storm of glitches ? Or @ least an Improved version of this ?

Ty Sky, just my opinion on u'r latest quote. I do think in order for DogFight by echoboom to stand out differ from other sim air force war lke things.. he has did/done a good job on not authenticating a copy cat version but instead has proven to be a grade a game.. 1 of a kind ? Just my opinion ?

I agree with you herociz. From what I heard though that anything new to the game will added into dogfight elite or dogfight 2. It would not prevent spawn killing but it would end this flamed up argument and save people some anger. I would say to keep the physics in it way down but add enough to it make things more fair in a sense. Only thing that really can make the game unfair right now is the device you use and the glitches in the current game. Uneven teams I am not sure if that was meant to be or if it is a glitch but either way it should stay. I enjoy being out numbered hear and there.

My brain thinks so fast sometimes I could write a whole book. Its hard to get the point accross and explain your whole thought process and reasoning for what you think in just a few sentences. The more I write and the more I explain my self the less room there is for some one to interpret it wrong or not understand. Even then I probably have not explained enough on my points. Unfortunately for me to explain them all I would have to write something so big and long no one would read it.

U know.. maybe this game isn't for me ? I say that because, I haven't found anything I lke to be shot @ ? I don't care if u'r loaded w/so many bombs they call u Mr. Packet ! You can even come in shooting straight , slow, & narrow ! i drop 70% of the time, i cover for my team to bomb and sometimes bring each and every other reds away from their base, so that even a noob can get a hanger on his stats!! on the other 30% is when i can make the difference or is the only one to bomb, i carry and sneaking is way normal for me nowaday!!(except against noobs ofcourse!!)
unfortunately and unexpectedly my dropping tactics works like magic!! 90% times i have wins! i prefer to play smartly, and effectively! and prefer to stay alive as much as possible!! Buddy will i be counted in this list??

If it was you that was in that game I am not going to ask you to own up to it because there is always that small chance it was not you. But if it was you there is alwase more respect for the guy who goes and comes clean. That guy also gets forgiven faster. Although it was not something that really needs forgiving it was just a really irritating rant.

Ped does not need banned. He is one of the wiser players in the game. Although some times what he says can be hard to swallow.

What you are saying here to me is complete nonsense. If you even think for one second that I would shy away from this topic you are dead wrong.

You are speaking of forgiveness here. There is absolutely nothing that I have posted on this entire thread to ask for forgiveness. In fact the way I see it is that you should be asking me for forgiveness for FALSELY accusing me. I can understand how it could have happened. Sure, I am a reasonable guy. I have admitted to mistakes in the past and apoligized for them.

If I felt that I have said anything wrong here I would be the first to apoligize for it.

I will say that I am sorry that Pedrinho was unable to read my entire post and understand its contents. Many of the comments that he makes do not correspond to the reference in my post. Somewhere along the line, probably out of anger, which I can understand, he did not fully absorb what I was saying. Perfect example being my very first line where I mention that this is only my opinion and no one needs to agree with me.

Then to barage me with insults and ingorance, he is way out of line.

You came here with an accusation against me. Fine I respect that. Your approach to it is heading in the same direction as Pedrinho, well not that bad.

I gave you my word that it wasn't me and even went out of my way to explain it to you. If that is not good enough for you I am ok with it. I don't need someone here in this game that I would call a friend that is going to be like that.

We do not know eachother and in a way that stinks. As I mentioned when we did meet things went fine. That quickly turned around as I have seen here before so that is no suprise to me.

When you see me around I can guarantee you that will see me being a fair and respectful player unless you come into a game that I am dealing with a player that I consider to be a cheap player. Then yes you will see an ugly side of me until the situation is resolved.
