What did you think of the bed on that truck Anders? You like it? I would have posted the pics but I figured I have hogged the thread enough.

You have some crazy good skills in this game and your tattooing artistry. Really, did nothing to help you just cleaned up the aisle after you went through!
I don't have any tattoos either but admire great artists. Those are great. I like the fact you do flowers. (Didn't expect that) Got plenty of friends that have some tattoos that look like a dog turds that are supposed to be flowers, yours are beautiful.

Thanks Yemx and MaX for being ok with me jumping on MOMs thread

I know just as much about tattoos than average pig knows about satellite. It took me some googling to figure out how to make tatoos with those machines. If I sometimes want tattoo, I'll send you one of my kids.

Brian, nice to hear some backround of that video. Rammstein is one of my favorites.

I guess Finnish and Germans are somehow close to each other. Both are simple, violent and like rhythmic music. I would feel so home in there...

Yes, I know I know. Time to go sleep. Good night.

Max,

Nice work buddy. I spent 7 years in the Navy and got through without one tat. I'm thinking that desire is beyond me now. I almost got one once and thought about it several times since then, but I'm definitely too old for it now.

Was gonna get a clown on my hip holding one hand out and sign in the other that says, "you must be at least this tall to ride this ride."

On another note, I'm pretty sure I spotted another M.O.M on the road today. Somebody fess up and tell which one of you was driving down Highway 70.

Fuck this place. Second rate hack playing in a yard that's too big for him.

Well Martin and I were chanting off some cadence last night and got me motivated to look up "Full Metal Jacket". I was going to post the boot camp scenario, however after some review I don't know if it would go over well with this PG world we live in. So I did find a real clip (I went thru 20 years ago no video and this is allot softer then back then, TRUST ME)from boot camp. This is what goes down after about your third day of no sleep. For me it was about my fifth day with no sleep.
The day before I left for MEPS I stayed up all night parting with the homies the next day rode a bus for about four hours (I cant sleep sitting so no sleep during any of my travel's). At MEPS I met a guy going to Air Force, a guy going to the Navy and a guy going into the Army.
Well this was our last night of freedom, so this would be a good time to party it up and pull another (very very very bad idea) all nighter!!!!! Next was a 3 hour plane ride, after many delays we landed late so I missed the finale bus into bootcamp, so I stood on the yellow foot prints solo and began to pay dearly for being late. "NO SIR THIS RECRUIT DOES NOT THINK THAT THIS RECRUIT IS SOMEONE SPECIAL THAT NEEDS A SPECIAL BUS TO COME BACK AND PICK THIS RECRUIT UP SIRRRRR!!!!" (Now drop and give me 20 MAGGOT!!!!)
Your first couple of days are for getting your gear, physical, hair cut and whatever else, but trust me it is none stop. So by now I am on my fifth day of ZERO shut eye. First time I ever fell asleep standing up was during this, did it twice, first one I woke up when I hit the ground, second time I stayed asleep laying on the ground till I had a Junior DI flipping out on me. I hope I never forget that feeling of waking up to some dude losing his mind on me as my eyes started to tune in along with my brain that "oh crap I need to be on my feet! Crap crap crap" lol
So now to the video. From what I can tell, this is the first day these guys meet their Drill Instructors, NEVER ENDS! It is like this for weeks, but when you pop out on the other side..... OOH-RAH!!!! There is nothing like it in the world! Joining The United States MARINE CORPS was by far the best decision I have ever made!
Hope you all enjoy!

Forgot to mention that I came face to face with RiCO as he passed through my little town. Fortunately, I was unable to trump up any charges to hold him on this time. However, he will pass through regularly. It is only a matter of time! :P Good to meet you brother. Unfortunately, Fuzzy's Taco Shop has no cake.

Thanks Brian. Before army I didn't know I can sleep walking or drivin bicycle. I can even sleep on shooting range. Sleeping while walking is easy if you have a friend who will knock you on right direction every now and then. Once in recerve officer training we were training attacking as company, marching with all the possible gear and camping. Yes camping has to be trained well... We did set up tents about 15 times without spending one minute inside. After three days we had to navigate all night back to home where we had written test. One friend told that he had fallen asleep and when he woke up he had written half on the paper and other half on table "Bring it on!"

I tell you one thing. If you want to here some great stories? Get two or three MARINES together and have then go back and forth about all the crazy crap they did in boot camp. I have guys from work that wont believe me, until another Devil Dog starts chiming in with a even more unbelievable story. In turn starting the snowball rolling of some truly crazy/funny stuff! Boot camp was a situation that, one way or another I figured out how to excel at it. Once you TRULY know you are so backasswards wrong and can deal with it... Well you got better then 50% of it figured out. The rest is just giving it 110%. Then you grow to a point that you start to ask for MORE! (Shhh keep this between us: thats when they throttle back some because they know that crazy people don't know they are crazy)

 Thats so true. First comes shock. Then people get used to their shock. If they don't they are send back to their units. Some get unconcerned, wich is not a good thing. Then theres a sweet spot (before you start asking more) when you just have fun when all the possible crap rains on you.

These guys have thought it through.

I know right! However when you joke at this level, you really have to do it a round a "True Tough Guy"! Many many many others would spout back off with some weakass cheap shot, then they would run off, find their woobie and curl up in a ball in a corner!
That is why MOM thread is so hard to post anything sometimes. Everyone is over here looking to see what funny crap we are doing all the time!
