Hey John, I know it might be a bit farther than you would like but, you should seriously think about moving to Texas. A good friend of mine who is corrections officer keeps telling me that they are always short on personnel.

Hey MOD sorry to hear about.

MOM's, we have a rule breaker. I don't normally post complaints here but this needs to be addressed and be seen. Just got shot down in FFA by DIESEL. Told him I don't mind but next time announce it under 11. He came back with a smart Alec "what? Never heard of it" told him not to be rude and that he agreed to those terms when he signed up for MOM. He said "no way, I just play the game". McCudden witnessed it all. Now I ask you, are we or are we not practicing this rule? If the answer is yes, DIESEL should be court marshaled, tried and hung for treason..seriously though, atleast loose the tags. If we don't keep the integrity and respect for each other, what good are we as a team? I vote to clean the house a bit.

Nousshhhyyy, Diesel is a long time MOM member and does not use the forum. He has never applied rule 11 in his FFA games and he is out to win it. He loves the chase game and loves that challenge. If you are in an FFA game with him, he will never use rule 11. Most of us will use 11, but it is not required.

Some don't read the forum much and may not be aware of it.
Most of us that see each other alot don't announce "Rule 11" or"11".
He was here before it was begun as a courtesy.
Someone shoots & responds that way....SHOOT THEM DOWN.

Hey Marty, thanks for your feedback. Couple things though, first, he wasn't chasing me..I was just chilexing and watching in a tank from Duckwing. Secondly, him being a long member doesn't excuse him from being rude. Rule 11 is not required but you have to announce it: "But do NOT kill another M.O.M without first declaring your compliance with Rule 11 or lack of compliance therewith." Also, this brings up a good point. We are so darn large, the ol question "quantity vs quality" just keeps ringing in my ear. I think forums are half the reason why I'm here. The game is the other half. MOM is a forum team as well as a "GAME" team. Shouldn't we require members participate in the forums atleast some of the time? I've gotten to know you guys through the forums, not really from the short chats in game. Just my two cents.

Paul,he's been playing long enough, he knows about rule 11. This has been such a tight-knit community that when I go in the air with you guys, I know a thing or two about you and we can joke around have fun--just adds to the experience. Then comes guys like Diesel and the other 40 MOM's who are more alien to me then even members of the other Squads who are active on the forums. Most importantly, if you don't engage or care to know about MOM's rules, rule why be a MOM?

Noush, you have very solid valid points regarding the interaction and rule 11. If it was not for this forum and the camaraderie we have here, it would be just another multi-player game.

A lot of people have seen this develop from the beginning, almost two years ago, they will tell you that the forum and all the people they have gotten to know have made this a special journey for them in their lives. Personally I can say it has helped me develop into a better person, I have made good friends here and it has helped me in my game play. I really enjoy the interaction and reading everyone's posts. It is a multi-national community which brings a very unique experience.

I like nothing better than to be in a game and see a lot of the people I know playing. It brings the game play to whole new level for me.

Not me Paul. No issue with aliens, especially ones wearing a codpiece.
