FYI Wig put a ban (and mod bans are temporary bans now) on Mr.Mejia1 on Sep 1:

If Mr.Mejia1 shot at you since then, then the ban didn't have change his behavior. If Davy's conversation with him was after Mejia shot at you, then maybe it's worth considering.

HOWEVER note that Mr.Mejia has two accounts:

I have no recommendation because I don't know the timing. But the "who me?" liars are more of a threat to our dogfight community than the simpletons who teamkill because they are bored but own up to it. Not 100% clear to me if this is such a guy.

Well I'm not certain of the timing but I remember putting one bullet in him right after he shot at me and I told him not to do that again. I know it was no mistake since we had just started the game and spawned in. I say let's give him the benefit of the doubt and move him to watch and that way he might be encouraged to play right. If anyone sees him in game please tell him he has moved to the watch list and if he plays right he will be off the TASK list. Maybe that will seal the deal?

It's still cheap even with it. Removing it would prevent 99.9% of all drama. Besides, this game is too slow paced and way too frustrating for me. The flying physics don't come close to matching that of a real plane. The programmers screwed up the landing feature when they fixed the "infantry man on the carrier" issue. I kept telling them to fix it and they never did. They also need to make it possible to destroy a hanger with bullets. Those are the major issues that made me stop playing this game.

Other suggestions I have that probably won't happen are:

- Add rudder control
- Allow the planes to survive more than 4 hits
- Give the players the option on which game to enter instead of throwing them in randomly

I'll be off playing Storm Raiders, where none of these problems exist!!!!

Erm........ I'm sorry to DD's but Kero Zen and LoewarFART were in a game with me and 3 others as blue and just FlyingMuck and Blackstar*/dinospider as reds, BTB and Kero and Fart were repeatably spawn killing so I TASKed Kero the bast*rd there and then......

Ran into him about an hour ago w Rico and blob, i asked him as he spawned, my sights on him, "are you going to behave" his response was "YES!" I then asked him how his noushing was and i got no response

I spawned into a CTC game with Lieutenant Col on the enemy red side. I said Lieutenant Col I hear you are infamous for teamkilling. No response. I asked him why he teamkills so much. No response for a while. Then he said this:

If you want to offer constructive criticism, then do it with a little more style. Don't come on the forum for one game telling everyone how much better another game is. Zuperman and his team bust their asses to keep this game up and running and are constantly attempting to make it better. I've never seen another game or any program/app for that matter where he developer actually converses with his customers. We have personal attention and real concern about our satisfaction regarding the game from Joaquin. That's extraordinary!

Actually this raises a good point, will it bother anyone if I ask to have TASK moved into the Dragon's section so I can moderate? Or can TASK become it's own squad and assign a mod? What do you guys think works best? I like the own squad with own section...

Maybe its because this game has some of the most awesome people around?
