Yogy.. WOW.. Let me be one of the first to congratulateee you on an incredible performance.. Well done sir, and Cush that kiddo of yours went up against two of the best in Pata and Mad rabbit. some seriously good flying
Now that theirs three of us in the office, Cush'n and TX constipated have me scrubing the tile with a toothbrush, taking out the trash, making coffee, and even had to put a new one of those little "cakes" in the urinal..
Only good thing is them.. Couple great guys, hope you caught TX's email, or PM Cush.. Both of these guys have real world experiences that will keep an issue that happened last week with NavMed from ever happening in WP.. We're here guys reach out to any of us, but reach out.. Sometimes the little things can keep a marriage on track, or help with a bad boss.. It will go no further, including with the three of us, and believe me putting a problem in type can sometimes solve it, and if not you have three guys here who want to help.. Out side of that urinal thing a,couple of the best people I've ever known.. DON'T be embarrassed to ask, and again know that nobody but that one person will ever know "unless" you want a posted prayer. We have the best Squadron in many ways, but it's about a lot more than that.. It's about living this life as well, and healthy.. Mind, body, and spirit as you can..
We're going to start a work out group next week, on three different times in my life I have "climbed the mountain" as old boxers use to say.. Just means getting in shape..an example, I can guarantee that if you stay with me on this I can take you from doing five push-ups to fifty five by late spring.. Fact here.. It's an alternating curl and tricep (the push ups) and ab crunches work out.. One day off a week, but only ten to fifteen minutes a day max investment.. We'll open a separate thread, but consider what your needs are and look for the thread in a week.. I did fight (boxing training) for years, and none of what will be doing is rocket science, but proven response alternating hi rep low weight, with low rep higher wt.. Push ups and crunches gradualy increase, and I assure you if you follow along with me you'll be doing fifty to sixty push-ups by summer.. That's it, those three, alternating so only two a day and by doing them consequetivly their an adequate cardio work out as well.. All fact guys, and not a red cent cost.. This Suadron is special.. Be one of the special ones in it.. More on this next week.. Right now it's about making sure that nobody faces depression or major issues alone..
