She asked me to post and she wanted Brian to know that the Doctors are only giving Jon another 24 hours. She is asking us to please pray for Jon. She and his mother are spending the night at the hospital tonight.
God be with you Jon,

Jon,
I pray for you and your family. Please fight for life if you are able. I would love to see you riddle me with tracers, as you have done so many times before. We are all sending our prayers. If the time comes where you can fight no longer, close your eyes and sleep well my friend. We shall meet again one day.
When a MOM flys the last flight
Death is nothing at all,
Something no MOM shall fear.
We don't worry where we go,
we know we are always still here.
We shall just fly higher,
Just out of your sight.
We'll stay above the highest clouds,
When we fly our last flight.
We'll look down,
with a grin on our face.
Watching over our fellow MOMs
Attack head on and tail chase.
We would love to dive down,
To join in on all the fun.
Just know that we must climb further,
Our job down there is done.
We'll look down with pride,
And ask you to carry on.
Give us something to watch,
A true show of MOMs might.
That is what we'll want to see,
When we fly our last flight.
Laugh as you have always laughed,
We'll hear the joyous noise fill the air.
Do not cry a single tear for us,
We will also have fun up there.
We will fly wing to wing,
With those we have longed for.
Whose final flight predates ours,
We'll get to fly with once more.
We will turn and barrel roll,
With old friends at a dizzying height.
What more could one ask for,
When we fly our last flight.
If you ever feel abandoned,
Like we are too far out of reach.
When you miss our humor,
And would love another witty speech...
Remember, death is nothing at all,
We will always be just up here,
Sending love (and cake) from up above,
Assuring you that we are very near.
One day we will meet again,
To fly above the highest clouds.
One day we all shall climb,
Up above the scurrying crowds.
There is always a place for you,
When you climb towards the light.
It is just beyond my wing tip,
When we fly our last flight.
