Sry all for not being at my best, I'm stuck with old planes for some reason, can't by points for some other technical reason, and fly with iPad2, which I understand is suffering from lots of problems. Kirkwood Smith as the awesome Clarence Bodicker in the terrible 1987 Robocop. With the exception of Smith, awful acting, a flakey plot and gratuitous violence. Man, wasn't it great!

TX, love that tune. Classic southern blues rock. Give me Molly Hatchet over ZZ, though. They stayed true to the cause and kept up the tempo. ZZ learned to slow things down and go mainstream (Sharp Dressed Man, Legs etc). Still very good, but too polished and too popular.

Hey ladies! Caught a brief look at Butterfly. Unfortunately I was looking through my sights. Red is as good as dead is my motto! It was nice to see you tagged Butter! There was a real turd named Nairobi Legend camping some noobs. I switched sides and Legend fled his justice. Y'all keep an eye out for that. I'm off with the fam for some fine TexMex! We are celebrating M.O.M's own Legless Killer's 10th adoption day. He came to us as a freshly amputated 7 year old Russian boy 11 years ago! He just got accepted to college at UNT by the way! I am a graduate as well as both of my parents!

Txlawman, I haven't seen nirobi legend in a while and have never known him to camp too much. Also, my sister in law will also be attending UNT. Three of my cousins have attended as well.

Happy thanksgiving all you American MOMs. American friends in Sydney have invited us over to lunch on Saturday. Apart from a small shipment of alcohol, should we bring other offerings? Whats the custom?

I fear if we deliver turkey and pumpkin to their beleaguered settlement, they might reciprocate by giving us blankets infected with smallpox. Can we trust them? They look friendly enough.

Edit: TX that cake is amazing! It looks like some kind of genetic abomination. I would love to try it lol.

Ultimately I think it depends on the number of guests. For Thanksgiving and/or Christmas our family usually has anywhere between 30 and 60 for dinner. Needless to say with that many we cannot do things willy-nilly. Typically we have a pre-holiday powwow in October and decide who's bringing what to where and at what time. When we Texans are invited to a regular dinner we will typically ask "What can I bring?" If they have not asked you to bring a potluck item I think you're just fine with the liquor especially if you're talking less than a dozen guests. But it never hurts to ask.

Cook one or two of your favorite side dishes or a side and a dessert. Of course, you have correctly deduced not to let Americans stay on your lovely island er... continent. Best to shun them and hope they leave!

Happy Thanksgiving M.O.M! We are enjoying the nation's capitol. We went to the National Holocaust Museum. Horrifying and incredibly relevant for what is happening today. Then we went to the National Law Enforcement Memorial. I found the name of Aubrey Hawkins of Irving, Texas PD. Aubrey and I went to high school together. He was murdered by the Texas Seven on Christmas Eve. Very moving experience for me.
