Christmas is on the way, apparently. You know what that means! Plenty of mall Santas' laps to sit on! Because I want presents, not in any kind of weird way, of course...

I haven't played much recently. The other day, Telltale Games released their Game Of Thrones game, which has been hella good so far. The choreography seems kinda weak compared to TellTale's other releases, but the story is still great. I dived into episode one and am burning through it.

Which M.O.Ms are to be the next to achieve MOMORAF-dom? I know Gaw is somewhere around there (at least I think I know) ,but do we have any others?

On occasion when playing on my Samsung Galaxy III phone, during the game, my keyboard will stick on. Actually, it just keeps reappearing all by itself. Makes playing pretty much impossible. Other than exiting the game and returning, I have not figured out any other way to resolve it. Does this happen to others?

Yes. And it really sucks. Samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0. Never really a reason for it. Sometimes it goes away sometimes it don't. Usually takes a restart of everything to clear it up.

Well, a bit of a personal accomplishment to report. I successfully appeared before the academic firing squad and defended my Master's thesis this afternoon. I have already informed my wife and daughter that they should refer to me as "master" after the degree is officially conferred next week. They don't seem too enthusiastic about the title change, so we'll see how that goes.

In the "I like to torture myself" department, I'm awaiting word on acceptance into a doctoral program, which I could start as soon as January. So now I figure that there are even odds for me reaching the title of either "MORAF" or "Doctor" first. Perhaps I'll at least get some more time in the skies during the upcoming holiday season and brief respite from academia.

Hiya fellers, long time away for me. Hope all is well in your part of the world, or at least getting a little better each day for those of you who have suffered losses. It's never easy saying goodbye to a loved one but as long as we take the time to remember them, they will be with us always. Congrats to those of you who have made the grade, be it academic or bullit ridden. Rick, I must say that your banner has me in a bit of a tizzy, I believe I've got the vapors....maybe someone from the south could confirm that I've used that terminology correctly. I'm looking to try and get into some games this weekend so hopefully I'll see some of you M.O.Mrades out there. Does anyone know how to post an audio file? I'm not ready to yet but I have penned a little ditty in honor of the squad I love the mostest. I am currently working on putting some music to the lyrics and if it turns out ok I'd like to share. Gives me an excuse to play with some new apps I've added to the digital studio. The technology is so amazing these days. I have everything in my iPad that replaces the 25k+ studio I used to have in my house, and it sounds better. I'll finish this later cause the wife is giving me the stink eye. Brb....
