The formation flying thing isn't that hard, just have to learn to work the throttle a lot. Before I started taking pics I stuck right behind you (bopes) even though you were kinda "all over the place" it was a blast trying to stay where I didn't pass you or lose you.

I have a major procedure scheduled for 0530 in the morning. It should take about 4 hours and is my last surgery. If I drop in afterward it will be to watch and possibly attempt to shoot someone down. I won't be able to write as holding the stylus in my mouth will be out of the question, I will require a chest tube for 12-24 hours post surgery. B I haven't called because my ability to speak has been effected and with luck this will correct my speech. Fly straight and be MOM.

There are too many moments from these unprecedented last few hours to try to recount them all. We'll be swapping stories about individual flights for days, I'm sure. My thoughts are now with Paul and Duckwing. Rock those surgeries, recover quickly and rejoin us soon, you two.

I'm very sorry I couldn't make any of the flights yesterday. I had to change an oil pump on a TFE engine on one of the plane's I work on yesterday. It took up my whole day. I really missed out. I did get in a quick game with Tex and Dawson when I got home and then went straight to bed. I'm really bummed out I missed it all.

Sorry to hear the news....I don't make it to the forum often, and was flying last night and realized right away there was a problem. Hate to lose anyone.... Alan from 111th and I did a 2500 bomb drop in tribute to kev. Those of you here having some problems, get that crap taken care of so I can keep shooting you down!

I joined Tex, Dogss, Devil and many others midflight after an unsuccessful attempt to get a memorial flight going with Panzer and Livingdead (We tried ) in another game.

We flew a loose formation around the theatre (awesome) and then I followed Dogss up to 2000 we waited for Devil and dropped our bombs and deadsticked all the way to the ground......very emotional
