Coop, your banner is an amalgamation of sub-references. One, you're correct, is the WW1 "mud in your eye" expression. How I got there, though, was via the Rangers motto, "Rangers lead the way!" I couldn't get funny enough with "lead" (as in, take the point) but that led me to "lead" (as in...y'know...anti-kryptonite metal. And virtual smartphone bullets.) And yes, the Marauder reference was from The Ranger's Merrill's Marauders history, right.

Bopes remembers correctly, Giudas55 has been recruited but has declared his intention to remain a lone wolf until Rickenfaker jumps one way or another off the fence, at which point G will follow. I guess they're buds. Ricken is one of the most pleasant players I know outside of present company (he should BE present company) ... I'd say the same about TheVampire so I'm disappointed that he dodged our pitch to join. I've had great games with him, and always articulate exchanges, he'd be an ideal member. Cookies, chicken soup, Vick's Vaporub, sucking your blood until you're undead...the things we all identify with a perfect MOM.

Seven has my vote

Seven qualifies, alright. Blink and you'll see him closing in on the top of the top 100 list. he also happens to be one of my closest acquaintances in the game, dating all the way back to when we both began playing at about the same time. He's as stand-up, forthright, honorable and considerate a player as I ever expect to meet here, a natural born member of M.O.M if ever there was one. He's also had some less than pleasant experiences at the hands of "older players" including some of us. He feels pretty strongly about instilling values in younger players, leading by example, not spawn killing...and definitely not bad mouthing other, younger players in-game. I suspect he's just hit the wrong jackpot a couple times and caught one or the other of us on our less than best behavior. So, we'll see. I want him in both as a brilliant player and as a friend, but if nothing else he'll need some time. Some players fill you with delight when they're blue and dread when they're red, he's one I always look forward to seeing, color notwithstanding.

Speaking of color and dread: there's a 15 year old kid lurking somewhere in here called cameron9900. I thought I'd heard it all but this f*cking pig takes the cake. (different cake, Sput...sorry for the expletive) He was a non-stop stream of graphic verbal abuse, some of it squeamishly sexual, plenty of gay-bashing, almost all of it off-the-chart blatant racism. At 15. It made me feel physically ill. Like the scumbag Tex ran into some weeks ago, N****r Hater, (A favorite word of this kid's, too) I intend to take as many team killing bans as the system cares to dole out on any occasion I run into him again. That's a party you're all invited to join...

Any opinions on a player named (IIRC) Red Eye Dragon? Mid ranker but cat-like agility. Doesn't fly with a bomb though. But fun as hell to chase and he ventilated me more times than I'd care to admit. No idea of age or affiliation.

Seven usually catches me in a game when im pissed off and got three or four morons trying to tesmkill me constantlt switching sides following Me from game to game. I don't hold back on stupid. If someones an azz I treat them as such.
I also been in some all aces on both sides fights with him as well so I think he knows im somewhat sane.

Was in a dogfight game earlier with like seven mom pilots. Weren't sure if we we're going to kill eachother or not kind of a calm tension at first then bullets everywhere lol. Mad I came in late but was funny as hell.

Oh and Dawson you're the man it was great flying with you the other day and not killing eachother over and over again. Nice memorial man.
