I'm sure Manfred wouldn't mind terribly if I fill in. He's probably out flying at the moment, so I guess I'm your gal.

Hmm... can't find the Sapphire. We do have some Gordon's London Dry, if that suits your fancy. I guess 'ol Jack couldn't (or simply wouldn't) go for the high-brow stuff. (Don't tell him I said that.)

Luna... Bombay sends me Christmas presents. Bottom cabinet on the left. I just leave certain things out when everything is largely unmanned. Those little wooden dimples on the bar above that mahogany panel, check your code sheet. 1st button (dimple) on left is one, then 2-5 in corresponding order. Manfred will show you what you need to know.

Wait till you see the underground section of warehouse number 2! Yea... Look out the back door and just beyond that tree line.... Betcha never noticed that b4 did ya? :) Anyway, we have nearly enough booze to supply half of the western world for a year if they stopped making it tomorrow. Actually, Dom Perignone was cheap until we decided we liked it...

In the mean time, better hold off on giving Kes any French 75... If we send him home drunk (again although it wasn't his fault) he may change his name to Pancho Villa next time. He accidentally got ahold of the wrong stuff and left singing a bunch of songs about Texas. Next thing we knew he quit his squad, chased a few people around with a baseball bat, started dressing like John Wayne, and called himself LoneStar. He still doesn't know that his Coca Cola accidentally got flavored with Vanilla flavored Moonshine though, so don't tell him. Ok?

Grey, did that boat come in last night? Fantastic! Those Mercedes Benz Unimog trucks are so hard to get by conventional means. Stupid EPA...

Anything else while I'm at it Mad? I'm going to have to go to another warehouse that I DON'T advertise for that one. We have several cases, but they are not stored with the everyday stuff.

Nice to see you, too Kes. I wasn't aware you were a regular here. One Coke coming right up. Oh, and don't worry, I've been putting up with your babbling for months now, no reason it'd start getting to me now.

...totally kidding! Thanks for the tip, by the way. If that's what you give me for pouring some cola, I'd like to see how much you'd give me when u order a French 75.

lol luna, I tip on price, service, and friendliness ;)
and we all know how friendly u can be :)

Aldo, I like that signature color u use. Looks like Lunas color. Hope u dont mind I copy u and start using a color too

Mad, I don't usually wait tables, but in this one instance...

Normally I don't charge much for the booze around here, but this comes more from the special projects division. A certain dictator got, let's say, knocked off a few years ago. His home was, well..., looted. This was part of what the so called rebels that assumed control used to pay their bill. So, yea, this is going to cost you a few bucks. I hope you enjoy!

Yikes! I forgot you are new. Pull them in warehouse #3. We already have documentation on them, so there is no need to hide them, but we need to get them cleaned up and ready for their buyer. If I remember right, it's an organization called the Kansas Duck Killers that purchased them.

I'm off the clock at the JR during the day (which really just means I'm on duty right now), so you'll have to let Manfred take care of your orders. Jack's given me the night shift, so I'll be here once the moon rises.

Kestrel, why would I mind if you start painting your words with such an ugly color? :)

Davy, I'm pretty sure I'm sane. I was simply talking to the voice in my head. She says it's completely normal.

There still an open position? I've got maritime, firearms, and airplane experience. I also don't need much money...

How bout a security position? PMJr is unable for now I guess, so that would fill that void. Just no turf wars with any of the staff.

Gonna put up my big NOT HIRING sign for now. I think we've got a full house.

Hello, fat-old-arses! (erm... sorry, Mrs. Luna)

*Burp*

Do you guys still have those alcohol-free beer cans on the refrigerator?
(I know, alcohol-free beer sucks, but they are all I can drink besides milk, tamarindo juice and water).

As some of you already noticed, I am back to this no-man's-land, I arived a week ago. I managed to find MOM's headdquarter, I managed to enter on a (old) new drama discution, and now I realised the bar is up and running on the same spot at the bridge's shadow. At least, now it is more comfortable, after the feminine touch from Luna's hands.

Before I head to the asylum, I need help to remember its direction. I heard that it is quiet as a cemitery, but hey, I need to see it for myself.

I'm planning to arive at the Asylum next monday - so, if you see any looneys around until then, tell them I will be there for some crazy chat.

And Manfred, I promise you a "Wave" performance soon (just don't expect too much from my poor skills on flute and guitar).

And don't forget it: my bad English is still bad.

I took the RED PILL!

Ped,

Alcohol-free can in a frosty mug. (Sorry, we're a classy joint here!)

Not sure if you were around when Real Tink was here. Between her and Luna, it might look a little less Man Cave. Or at least, picture frames will be straighter, and misspelled graffiti will have redline corrections B)

I will try to beat you to a Wave rendition. But only on one instrument. I can only record one live track.

Ah, we have landed. Another successful wifi surfing experience on Southwest Airlines!

Whoops, dropped out of character for a moment. Enjoy the beer. Please have some pumpernickel chips.

Manfred

Ped, no matter how you find the rest of the place to be, you are always welcome here. And, we are always happy to see you. You are still welcome to sleep on the cot in the back, and I'll leave the window where you can climb out if you need to come and go. Feel free to stay here while you are in town if you like. When I heard you were back, I ordered several cases of non alchoholic beer, and a new Cruzeiro calendar for the back room. If you need anything else, let me know and I'll make sure you have it.

Good to see you back,

Jacklpe

Nice to see you here, Ped! I hope you don't find my presence here a little too softhearted. I know how crazy you guys can get, so I'll stay out of your way. If you need anything, just call me up!

Oh, and while on the topic of the English language; you simply must give yourself more credit! Your English is lovely, certainly better than some of the posts of native speakers here on the forum. But I must say one thing, just in case you didn't know: "Mrs. Luna" implies a married woman (which I certainly am not), while Ms. or Miss is probably more appropriate for my case, much like the difference between "senhorita" and "senhora".

Okay, I'll stop nagging now. In all honesty, I could care less if you called me whatever you please. Just be sure you make eye contact when you do so. Some of the less-sober fellas here have a hard time doing that, and it's confusing to tell if they're calling me over.

Umm. Uhhh. Well... Kes, maybe next time you feel like decorating, try to pick out some more items made from dead animals. Leather just lasts longer... Call me old fashioned, but I prefer the brass tacked tough ass leather type of stuff. We'll keep it for now though. I'm just afraid it's going to get pretty dirty quickly. I do like the chess board and pool table though. Those chairs in front of the coffee table are gonna shatter though the next time the Misfits get drunk and start bashing each other with them. Try heavier, with lots of oak. That way, when someone catches it over the head, they won't wake up and break another one in return.

Now the game room coffee table looks like it could take a hit. Good pick there.

By the way Kes, we knew you were here. Not too much goes on that I don't know about. How did you think you were able to just waltz right in to the basement anyway? I just believe in letting a guy work at what he enjoys. You seem to like to fix up things, so I just let you have at it. BTW, you really didn't have to spend your own money on all of that. Actually, I paid off everyone, so you don't owe anyone now for all that stuff. You're a heck of a guy man... Thanks for the hard work.

Kes... By now you must have figured out I'm not just in the bar business. Yes. There are a lot of secret doors and underground workings around here. I can't exactly tell you if they lead to a rail system, but it would be convenient to have a hidden deep water cove and a trick dock at a place with underground rail access, wouldn't it? Now, if you would like to continue to have access to back room areas of the JR, ya can't be telling everyone what you see. It's on page 1.... What happens at the Jolly Roger...

It's okay Jack, Kes just gets a little hyperactive when he stays up past his bedtime. Running around, moving stuff all over the place, ranting about these strange underground tunnels. He'll crash in a bit because I put some sedatives in his last drink, so no worries.

Oh, my, Luna...

Pardon me!

I always face two dificulties on this forum:
a) my poor English - I don't need to develop on this one;
b) Our abysmal cultural differences - Once, several months ago, I used the expression "little girl" to talk to you on this forum, and you became quite furious... :woohoo: I did it again, ingame, twice, talking with two other girls whose names I dont remember. Their reaction was the same as yours: they jumped to say "I am not a little girl!", as if it was an offense. Here in Brasil, calling a young woman a "little girl" is a tender way to refer to them, it is not a pejorative thing as it seems to be for you, saxonic people - what I learned by the hard way... lol. But for the "Mrs / Ms" thing, it was a slip of mine, sorry. I am aware of the difference, I just didn't think enough before chosing the proper word to refer to you. Thank you, little girl! (ooops)

And Kestrel, thank you for the luxurious room!!!! Just open it for every customer, cuz I don't deserve such privilege. And it looks like I will need to learn to clean my shoes before enter this bar from now on...

Jack and Manfred, what the hell???? Get off from this bar a little, and go take some fresh air (and some fresh bullets) in the skies!!!

I took the RED PILL!
