Hello everybody! (Norm!)

I'm back from our Seattle trip. Dave, I thought I'd bring in some framed photos of some vintage aircraft from the Boeing Museum of Flight. These might look good in the hallway leading to the back office:

What a spectacular museum! We didn't even get close to seeing everything.

One more, not WWI, but one of my favorite WWII fighter bombers:

I always knew the Corsair as an F4U, but maybe because of my brother's plastic model. This one is listed as FG-1D.

The WWII planes are much nicer looking... I actually had never looked at a picture of a se5a. Not the prettiest thing huh? I've been to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in DC, and Fantasy of Flight in Polk City Fl. I don't remember if there was a se5a in DC or not though, as I was 16 when I went there. There are several aircraft museums here in FL, but I haven't made the time. I should...

That looks like an awesome Museum Manfred, and we'll gladly hang those in the hallway.

There's a place in Fla. where you can fly real planes and dogfight with laser shots and they smoke when hit, I believe.
I might try it this fall.

Mr Mantz... As awesome as that sounds, I couldn't cover the bet if I lost... Sounds fun though.

Swop, it was probably funny the first time you posted it. Maybe even humorous the second time. By the third time, possibly smirk worthy... But it's finally lost its shine. Plus, I don't particularly enjoy the way you chose to be disrespectful to all of Richy's many friends who, right or wrong, chose to try to put in a good word for him. You know, friends do that for each other sometimes...

If you want to wear that Chaplain Badge around, and have any kind of credibility when you share the word with different folks on this forum you need to get to work on becoming a peacemaker instead of a problem starter, a forgiver rather than an accuser...

I wasn't an accuser....I just thought the thread was too long....especially since Zuperman is the game leader and if he wanted to post he would...I'm sure we all have forgiven all who have offended whoever...I'm the first one to propose that..however....continuing to post and post and post and post to a leader who has final decision...makes it for more drama...same goes for those who continue the thread in disagreement as well...

Couldn't the continuing to post on this to Zuperman hundreds of times become a problem starter? I'm not trying to start problems.

I didn't post the video for the very reasons you described in the first 2 sentences...The latest post was just a joke about my joke.

That's the most productive reply yet Swop. My problem was not that you disagreed with the thread, or even spoke your mind. It was dismissing it as whining and crying. When a lot of folks that contribute an awful lot to this forum get together and want to have a positive and respectful conversation about something that has happened that they may not fully agree with, that's a little more than simple whining. That helped nothing.

As far as Z is concerned, yes, we all respect his decision and are well aware that this is not a democracy. But, without the contribution of so many of the people that I saw posting there, this forum would be scarcely worth reading. I'm not talking about myself when I say that. I had to start my own thread just to keep myself out of trouble... And I also have to be very careful about posting elsewhere sometimes so that I don't continue to get in trouble.... But so many that were posting were people that bring good and happiness to this thing. If they have an opinion on something, at least have the decency not to try to over simplify and discredit their feelings.

Btw: we don't feel our feelings here, 'cept when our dog dies or maybe our pickup truck gets wrecked...

Anyway... There's my $1.02 on that.

Just had a seagull nick my sandwich! Came up behind me and knocked it put of my hands. It picked it up and flew up to the roof!

All these 'Please do not feed the Seagulls' posters don't work anymore. The seagulls just help themselves!

When I am at work, there is no youtube or any other video streaming allowed by firewall policies; and when I am at home, I barely use my notebook, most of time I connect using my phone - and I configured my phone's browser to not show video streaming, to save bandwidth. So, no videos are shown, unless I demand for them by hand. So, I didn't see your "soapboxopera videos" yet - and by reading Jacklpe posts, I can tell they are not too kind to us "Roo's friends"; so, I wont disable any settings on my phone just to watch them out of curiosity. No way. Waste of time.

But I can say you this: if there is one person taking this "drama" any longer (hey, that thread of Mantz was locked days ago, remember?), this someone is you. Mantz is only posting here some Louise's messages, and they are addressed to her friends. You don't need to read them. You don't need to be bothered by them. And you don't need to criticise, nor to mock, nor to act with sarcasm, you don't need to do ANYTHING. So, I believe you should ignore that messages, ignore that posts, in the same way I am ignoring your videos.
