Coming right up! Mixed in the wrong proportions, this can turn out tasting more like pepto bismol, but I will do my best.

I think that a no-squad man that is friend of all squads deserves a banner as well.

What about it?

I dig Mike Rowe and the dirty jobs series...one of my favorite episodes was the fishing trip where the captain treated him like a red headed step child, to which Mike replied with a famous quote: "there's nothing more monotonous then the sea, and I no longer wonder at the cruelty of pirates" LOL, still cracks me up..

Mt.Vernon is a real gem...although I take it for granted since I work there, but there's so much beauty, I can see why George Washington chose his establishment there...and what an establishment...oh my...he had every angle covered. Definitely a must see.

been Noushed lately?

Hello boys! Haven't been around much. Been putting in 100+ weeks at work. I've only flown 8-10 missions in the timeframe and only a couple of posts. Still kicking, just haven't hit the virtual hangout. It's not 0700 here yet, so lets start slow... Slide me Bloody Mary and drop an egg in it... Being breakfast time and all.

(Pssst, Jack, who's the new shady looking fella behind the bar? Been eye-balling me since I walked in and he looks like a cop if you ask me.)

I see some new artwork around the place too. REALLY NICE stuff! I mean it ain't dogs shooting pool or playing cards on black velvet, but still REALLY NICE! (Seriously, Ped.... You have a knack for nailing it) (oh, and that's a good thing).
Fuck this place. Second rate hack playing in a yard that's too big for him.

Bloody with egg, I think you'll like mine.

Pardon my stare, you look just like someone I know, you see my buddies and I were on a moose hunting trip and things were a little slow, then one of them gets this idea that he can use his scoped rifle to take out a pheasant in flight, and... well, never mind about that.

We ex-lawmen have a certain look about us. Not to mention the bulge under my barkeep vest is called Trouble.

Oh this? Naw that's just a Blandford I'm warming up for yellow belly.

There's alot of great stuff in Virginia. Mt Vernon, Monticello, UVA, Williamsburg and Yorktown, the Chesapeake Bay, and lots more. It's beautiful. Where do you live? If you ever have any questions, pm me or noush, we live in about the same area, and I think he's ok answering questions. Just make sure you don't take after the founding fathers while driving... whiskey and cars don't mix, although, I always see to fly better intoxicated. Hmmmm....

I live in Orlando, FL, but I travel through VA frequently. It's just that I neither have the time to stop nor ability to park at a lot of these places. So, I usually look out the window as I go blowing by and say "man, that's beautiful" and keep on going. :(

Heading up to LePierre Wisconsin next week. Anything I shouldn't miss? I'll have a little spare time for sightseeing.

Not familiar with the town... Couldn't find it on apple or google maps either. De Pere maybe?

I've got a couple of connections around WI, so if I can figure out where you are going, I'll know who to call and find out...

I just sent a msg to one of my really good customers who lives in eastern WI... We'll see what she comes back with. I know it's real close to Green Bay, so you can take in whatever charms they have to offer. Plus, at this time of year (better next month though) the weather should be divine. Personally, if I had a bit of time, I'd look into fishing charters (day trips or whatever) up north of there. Wisconsin is always known for great fishing.

Edit: I'm assuming you are a Steelers fan. I'd probably keep that to yourself while you're there.

The bars up there are great.

An example of the local attitude:

Most bars in the US: Patron:"Bartender, I think I'll have another..." Bartender: "Are you sure sir"

Wisconsin: Patron: "bartender, I think I'll have another..." Bartender: "why wouldn't you?"

I love Wisconsin. :)

I always miss Fun n Sun or whatever it's called that they have at Fantasy of Flight in Polk City, FL about 45 min from my house. It's on my to do list.

I know how that feels though. I've got a favorite singer that does about 2 shows a week around DFW, and I get out there fairly frequently. But, it never adds up where I can go see him.

The Iowa state fair is next month... I've always wanted to go to that. Maybe I need to start planning. :)

I can't plan lolz. It was mentioned Thursday that we might have to go. Friday it was confirmed that we were leaving Sunday night. I'm not even sure how many days I'll be there. It's one of those people that take "Whatever you need" to the extreme. :S

Edit: Those banners and Ped's portrait are over the top!!! Great job Ped!!! Hope your not swamped with requests. I don't think it would be fair to you.

Edit: Miami Dolphins all the more reason to be quiet lolz.

Anyone with a quarter can use the jukebox, and I've got an endless supply of quarters for you.

How about my world famous margarita, if you don't find inspiration then have another and it'll make the decision for you.

I like to dedicate this to MRS.P.HEAD.

She LIVES this song! We all should.

SWAINLADY is an inspiration.

Due to continued complaints regarding our coffee, we will be adding two new choices for you guys on top of our current brand "Old Motor Oil Sludge". We now will be offering Chock Full o' Nuts coffee from Brooklyn, NY, and Arbuckles' Coffee, the coffee that won the west. The peppermint sticks from the Arbuckles' bags will be available at .50 cents a piece when we have them.

Dear Management,

Thank you for your consideration.

The house blend is fine...if you can explain to MANFRED the proper pot to ... in.

Tastefully yours,

Paul

Glad to have you Onsekone. The house beer is Shiner Bock, straight from Shiner, Tx. I hope you enjoy. And, feel free to play the jukebox as much as you want.

Hey manfred you might look over by the pool tables for the ash tray. I remember seeing it over there last time i was in. And how about a strongbow dry cider that stuff is good, but kinda hard to find out here on the Great Plains.
