How about: The boy goes back into town and buys a tape measure, and shows the bus driver that he (the bus driver) is taller than 6' and yet is allowed on the bus. The bus driver, not wanting to lose his job, allows the boy and fishing pole on the bus. ?! Manfred

wow im amazed nobody has got my riddle yet - to be honest i originally thought he bought a saw but thats too obvious lol. il give a clue..... the fishing pole is not tampered with, broken, cut etc by the guy in any way......?????

ive a story that can be a riddle....its true and had to be solved by the english police force.....
it is in the 1800s (long ago) a man is laying in a room, he is dead. the room has 1 door (locked from the inside but has no windows..... it contains a chair a sofa and a table with various papers on it there is nothing else in the room ......what killed him????? lets assume we are the police! how would you solve it? the answer is shocking....... the room was recently decorated and the walls were painted with lead based paint. the man, being in an unventilated room was poisoned by the paint on the walls!!!!!

Ok listen. I never said if he has toast it is breakfast. In the real thing breakfast is hypothesis and toast id conclusion. You can not get a hypothesis from a conclusion. I didn't give you the info to get the answer. The answer is: nothing.
