It is not a greenhouse. It is a house, showing the adress number.
It is not a riddle in the way you are thinking. I already said this, and I will say again: it is a "elementar-math-and-simple-logic-based" problem; you don't need to use your imagination, just use math and logic.
The beauty of this "puzzle" is exactly this: people usually think that there is something hiden, or there is some "catch", or some double meanings, subtleness or the like, but I asure you that there is nothing of this stuff here!
If the text says that there is a house, you don't need to do any interpretations: a house is a house, as a daughter is a daughter, and a piano is a piano, etc.
It's only a matter of being methodic, and using simple math operations and using simple logic!!!
