My plea for peace has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not we back our own. It's about taking the entire squad membership into account.

I'll back a bro any day of the week, but when we get too carried away and cause our members to want to be elsewhere, that's where the line needs to be drawn.

I'm not saying guys want to quit, but some have spoken up about how our behaviour is...and it needs to improve.

We can't control what outsiders say, but if we try to control what WE say, then THEY can't very well come into our home and reply...if they come in unprovoked, then it's an entirely different story.
