This is how I see it, I would love to only fly with my brothers. This has happened a handful of times, 3 or 4 Misfits on the same side. Sadly this happens fewer times then I like. I think back to a game fighting against Davy, B52, and TBuilt. Was I going to win? NO, but I fought my ass off, and gained their respect. In a perfect world, I would never shoot a Misfit, It just will never work that way. To tell the truth, I don't care. In the words of a Wise man I know, "It is what it is". We all have to step back and remember why we play this "GAME".
I ask you all a couple of questions, Why did you start playing this game?
Why have you stayed?
What draws you back here?
Is it really because the squad?
If all the squads disbanded, Would you stop playing all together?
If planes didn't have names over them and you didn't know who you were flying with, would you quit this game all together?
Please look back and remember the real reason you play. The reason you waste so much of your precious time here. It is because you get a feeling of peace, relaxation, or just to get away from "real" life.

As I said use PM only my friend. Comet and Bullet you both may be right but more importantly trust each other. You have been here for so long as family so just give a break.

It's not good proving each other wrong. If you really care for your squad, which is need of this our, don't justify and don't prove someone wrong and that too from your own squad.

Bullet you are one of the finest player. Just stick to PM from now onward and if you don't get any response you can always write to me. Just take a break from forum and play.

Your squad officers have their personal life too. Give them time to hear what you say. They have to listen from both ends. Respect their decision and have faith in them.

Hi, please pardon my interruption upon ur thread. First of all let me say I agree with blue fighter 100% please calm down, it is on a game. Bullet I sent u a pm, but haven't gotten a response. In that pm I stated that I was giving u my sincere apologies, as I did not know u had such a problem with this. Also in that same game, u saw, and gaw saw, that I did type the words asking b to stay to help u. U also said that you've brought it up before, and was told to deal with it urself, bullet I consider u a friend, still do, I'm not hurt, I'm not angry, but u could've sent me a pm about this before, but I've never gotten one about this situation. That being said, sometimes help, can come from outside squads, so, any game I'm in , and b52 enters, I'll just simply leave, I'll go find another server. That's it, problem solved. I don't have time to come in and out of games, when I come in I'm staying, and I dread seeing a red M. And I shoot them first (I should say, I aim in their direction, they usually shoot me down first)!! I see Ms a lot, when they come in red, some leave some stay, I like it better when they stay regardless of color. I like the friendly banter in game. I assume when I see Ms come in blue, leave, come in red, leave etc., that they are looking for another game that they were in. I assume that when they come in red and leave they have seen me and are afraid of me, especially my Comet taught tank spooning skills. Regardless, I have my 30' or so that I have to play and I'm just happy to be playing and even more happy if an M is in the game. I get Hulks point, why does anyone play if it is so stressful or full of anger? Maybe take up yoga or something less stressful?

First off. Brother Engine if the Bourbon hose was hooked up I missed it. Haven't been drinking lately.

Comet had made a comment inregards to me comong into a game red. I dont know how many times i have been in game getting my butt handed to me when a misfit joins and is red when he joins. I think, "yikes," and continue on. I dont get upset about that because i know its not their fault the side the server chise for them and the inability to switch without getting thrown into a different game or just not being able to switch sides.

I was in a game had 2 tough red morafs, one a misfit and the other pinky whos incredibly tough (by the way not your fault and u dont need to ever leave a game.) I had a noob. A Misfit shows up on my side and flrefuses to help. Not only do they refuse to help but they continously try to switch sides to where the red morafs are leaving me to fend for myself. This isnt the first time its happened w this person.

I understand coming into a game and there being red misfits, and i also understand being in a game and a red misfit shows up. Im even cool with that. Just not cool with a misfit coming in blue when your alraleady outgunned and wanted to join the ones your outnumbered against.

Misfit rules in regards to squadmates that when you come into a game and a squadmate is there look at the teams. If you can switch to help an out numbered squad mate than you should or at least ask if they want help. Not to come in on an outnumbered misfits team to attempt to switch and make them even more outnumbered. I was told the rule could be deciphered 2 different ways. However this case wa pretty cut and dry.

Why leave a sqadmates side when they desperately need help and your alrdy on their team?

I saw a few ppl ask if it had to do w them. No its not pink, walleye, slatz or gaws fault. They did nothing wrong.

btw, I think the plumber/pipefitter falls in the same category as boat/ship. I could be wrong, but us non-pipefitters or sailors don't always think that way.

I agree with the idea of someone intervening, but given the posts AFTER the suggestion, it doesn't seem like it would work. My proposal for the name is Koolaid Distribution Officer. It could be several people (cough SLATZ) or just another hat officers wear, or both. People would have to buy into it though, and I'm not sure everyone would. JUST IGNORE THE FKIN POSTS!!!!

I don't have time to come in and out of games, when I come in I'm staying, and I dread seeing a red M. And I shoot them first (I should say, I aim in their direction, they usually shoot me down first)!! I see Ms a lot, when they come in red, some leave some stay, I like it better when they stay regardless of color. I like the friendly banter in game. I assume when I see Ms come in blue, leave, come in red, leave etc., that they are looking for another game that they were in. I assume that when they come in red and leave they have seen me and are afraid of me, especially my Comet taught tank spooning skills. Regardless, I have my 30' or so that I have to play and I'm just happy to be playing and even more happy if an M is in the game. I get Hulks point, why does anyone play if it is so stressful or full of anger? Maybe take up yoga or something less stressful?

Again, I was under the impression that we were family and that was that, it seems many find it very easy to say that, but also easy to shut the door and leave.

Maybe my view is biased, I have only been here in this squad. I have never played another online game on the interweb, Cyberspace, Intranet, or whatever you kids are calling this thing, now. I only have one "internet Family". Let me say this, I have had long conversations by phone, text, PM, or Email, with most if not all of you. Bullet, listen (or read) to what I am about to write, "I consider you my brother", I was proud of you and your post about getting clean. I look forward to the day when you come to Florida, to visit "real" family. I hope to get the chance to shake your hand. Nothing that happens in any game can change my outlook, If I join a game and 4 Misfits are buzzing around my base trying to spawnkill me, I tell you what, I am going to find a way to get in the air and push them back to their base and win the game. Or, not. Either way, the next game we will start all over. 90% of the time if I join a game and see a red Misfit, I will type Yikes or Oof and leave to find another game. I have never liked shooting Misfits. Times have changed sometimes you have no choice. If anyone leaves the squad and/or game. Please know, I will miss our time together.

When I first started playing this game, I didn't know a soul. I learned real quick anybody with a [M] was either a great team mate or a fierce opponent. Met 2Storm2. He invited me to join the 151st. There I met my good friend Fox #1.

Not long after we were orphaned. Fox left and came here. After a few days I thought.,"I'm no where near as good as these guys but worst they can say is no." I asked to join. Fox rallied for me, Boaz had some nice things to say about me. C.C. And a couple others recognized me.
I was in! And damned proud of it! The Friendships I've made here are more valuable than you can imagine.
All of you have supported me, not just in here but in Life. Sir Hulk keeping tabs with my Daughter when I was in the Hospital last year. His Wife giving me advice about my tenodon / trigger finger syndrome.

Crockett and BZ calling me when I lost my Dad. It just goes on and on.
Maybe it's the Winter Blues hitting all of us. Point is, we've always worked things out. We've never gave up and quit at least since I've been here. Let's not start now. All of this can be resolved.

I hate the thought of losing any of my Fa[M]ily. Even worse the thought of leaving the Squad is just unimaginable.

Let's all just calm down and let things smooth out. Get back to being the best Group of friends there is.

Bullet I have not been apart of this game as long as any of youll.(3 weeks now) I am not jumping In to what happen I have no place to or understanding of it . Just saying that to let everyone clear and understand my point. I know how hard I fight and I thought no one cares or notices . You changed that. I know I had no way in the world of joining Misfits. Didn't even cross my mind (lm the new guy) Pinky helped me alot others did also .others just left the game called me a dropper because I dropped or what ever with out telling me I shouldn't if I want respect from others in this game.You stepped up and pointed out something about how I play (never Quit and keep shooting).I know I wanted to be apart of a squad that saw that in a play even if the player doesn't know it about them selfs.

This all kinda reminds me of my sister. We totally get frustrated with each other to the point of cutting one another out for a few weeks or even a month before. But ya know what? Eventually we forgive and forget (most the time forget) why we were even angry in the first place. Next thing you know we are hugging and laughing it up just like old times.

One thing about family is you will NEVER agree!!! That's just how it works, not sure why.

So let's everyone agree to disagree at some point. Sure we will agree on most things but know this, we will disagree at some point. That doesn't mean we need to point fingers and yell and what not. It means we are different from one another. And I don't know about you but that is what the word Misfit means to me! I like different personally.

I want to say I'm sorry for not posting anything in regards to my moving on to a different squad. I underestimated you and when all is said and done I want to be able to be friends. I really didn't want it any other way. I didn't believe anyone would realy care and that in and of itself was huge miss judgement on my part. I can onay say I'm sorry and that it was never my intention.
I'm also sorry that I won't be able to say we aren't family because I left. The ties are to deep for me. You folks have been a large part of my free time and we've had some good times I really didn't think it all the way thru. I do hope we can still be family.

Please understand or at least try to my leaving wasn't against any misfit or the squad as a whole. I just need to find the magic that I once felt. That sounds like I'm sayin your not magical huh. Damn. I'm not sure what to say to convince you all i mean no ill will. And i love ya i just need something different. ... Listen comet, I admire what your trying to do and have been in your shoes. Don't give up, just keep in mind the dynamics of this squad includes and requires passion and bullheadedness. It's what made the squad survive and has also been a main ingredient to its success. That said it's like trying to stop a snowball headed for hell when something comes up. Know that it's been that way from day one, it will likely always be that way and all you can do is try. This will blow over... God I hope. It will. The folks in valve are all good people and believe they are doing whats necessary and best for the squad I there eyes. Others will forget about it quickly and move onto the newest latest morsel of drama that comes up. I know it doesn't matter but you'd be my pick to head off any possible issue with another squad... just know you'll need to be patient.

Anyway I didn't mean to preach I just wanted to say I'm sorry for under estimating you guys and I know now I should have said something and maybe alot of this could have bee avoided.
