C'mon guys. We are not brain washed. We are all individuals. Individuals who make decisions based on our hearts and our thoughts as individuals.
I love this Squad. I am thankful for the Friendships I have made here and throughout the DF Community.

Couldn't agree more with you Ripper , several times I have written out my views on what has been going on and each time I have deleted them. I knew that what I was sayin was from the heart but somebody was sure to take it the wrong way and I didn't want to fan the flames any more. We seem to have got ourselves into a bit of a hole so it's best to stop digging.
Let's hope this all settles down and we can all get along together, whichever point of view we take.
I have many friends inside and outside of Misfits and I don't want to lose a single one of them!

Greetings Misfits. I guess I picked the wrong time to stop in unannounced for some KoolAid. Sorry for the trials and tribulations going on in the old 121st! In policing we often turn to people who have been in adverse situations and survived to help others through. Great game this morning TR! Woke up around 6a.m. and figured i would run through some games and gets some quick wins and points. Hmm. Had to earn every one of them. Points werent easy. Started the game around 6a.m. and finished it around9 ish. Kkhoty was a cmplete pain. Dont think he had a bomb the entire game.

On a side note. Want to thank estilo for the fun and toigh game. Was lot of fun.

Always a pleasure Bullet. Estilo is a tough and quality opponent. Hat tip to him for the fight. Kkhoty i remember from long ago as a straight player. Not sure what was up there. He finally had enough of getting killed by guys with bombs though!

The last few days have been very troubling for all of us. Things have been done and said that really can't be undone. It takes 2 to fight but I feel that we end up looking like the bad guys.

We have so many different personalities here. Some of us are very vocal and some of us are quiet and shy. (Guess which one I am?) And we all have friends inside and outside of our squad. That's more important than the game itself.

I just wonder if things would be handled better if we did things a bit different? Of course hindsight is always 20/20. And I'm not in anyway, shape, or form questioning our leadership. In fact, the guys looking after this squad are the finest people I know. I'm just trying to come up with a solution so we can better handle things in the future.

So here is my proposal:

There are 2 specific scenarios that come to mind.

1.
I think things got blown out of proportion a bit because somebody reacted to the chat on WC regarding members leaving our squad and joining another. You all know...what just happened. Then we all just let the crap fly.

Should that maybe be brought to a "Damage Prevention Officer"? A person specific to stuff like that. Give him the info and let him handle it.

2.
A player has an issue with a member from another squad. Maybe that player from another squad was tank glitching for example. You either put it on the blacklist or you would give all the info to the "Damage Prevention Officer" and he handles it for you.


I want to know what everybody's thoughts are. Do you think we need to have policies in place regarding how people post and react to things that occur?

I think it would be a good idea if we had 2 Damage Prevention Officers(they don't have to be called that...they could be called something else...just the first name that came to mind.)

One would handle issues between squads. The other could handle internal issues. Maybe just one would do.

If this is something everyone would be interested in let me know. Respond on here or send me a pm.

It could be open to anyone who wants to do it. Even if you're not a current officer. You just need to have a level head and be objective.

I would be happy to apply for this job, but let's have an application process if we go this way.

I figured with Hulk being the head recruiter and you the assistant recruiter they should match. besides Hulk likes green it helps calm him when he's in his office and trust me you won't like him when he's angry.

This is what happened last time i handed him the wrong paperwork to fill out. when i asked what was wrong with it he said that needs to be printed on green paper. bad mistake
