Sorry to hear about that Chocks, they do seem to have a penchant for putting the damn things up in the most beautiful parts of the country, just like the fields of solar panels that are sprouting. I know we need cheaper sustainable energy, but this country is too small for all these damn things, same with fracking, to close to the populations water supplies. It all comes down to money though, rich land owners wanting to get richer, after all, they don't have to live with it do they and greedy politicians who see their four year tenure as a way to line their own pockets.

Why don't they just concrete the entire country, build lots of cheap cardboard houses, invite the entire 'developing' world to come live here.....then we can all piss off to the vast empty countries they leave behind!!!!

Noush, I believe you owe Dent an appology, here on the thread and on Manfreds thread and perhaps you should reconsider your obsession with stache, its clouding your judgement.

In case I didn't make myself clear on the "Saddened and Disappointed" thread; the Mustache Fever era is at an end. Drop this ridiculous obsession and move on.

Noush, explain to me (in a PM if you must, NOT here) how it makes sense to call a revered original member of this club an "ass" because you think he may disagree with a juvenile fixation of yours? So the mustache player really is akin to Hitler, huh? That offends me on so many levels I don't know where to begin. By the way, Dent didn't disagree. Read once. Read twice. Count to ten. Then DO NOT TYPE. And do not offend this community again by comparing a video game player to modern history's most heinous criminal to ever perpetrate the attempted extinction of an entire race.

MaX, banners back to original design, I didn't create them to have them cluttered with shoddy mustache clip art. If you played point guard for the Thunder they wouldn't let you paint a picture of LeBron James with a knife in his head on your jersey. Even if you hated LeBron James. We have team colors. Wear 'em.

Snobummm; WTF? You couldn't wait a week after being reinstated before taking a ban for telling a respected fellow M.O.M "fk u douche"??? What do you expect me to do with that information? I'm dumbfounded.

There isn't a single member this squad couldn't do just fine without, including me.

Don't bother to respond, just act like adults with some semblance of common sense. PM me if you must but I don't look forward to hearing from you. I will delete any replies to this that are posted publicly. I'm not f*cking around here, I want this foolishness ended, now.

Mass murder in D.C. Natural disaster in the Philippines and Colorado. The Middle East aflame. Children starving in cities all across America. And we're going bat-ass idiot over a video gamer with ~~~00~~~ for a name. Which squad is this again? Because it isn't the M.O.M I started. That squad was populated with mature mean old men.

--w--

btw, all your comic book vigilantism amounts to naught. In the end it's Joaquin and the Mods who busted your mustache for you. All you had to do was ask. Nobody ever once asked me.

Glad to share similar views. This guy is a real opponent, a stock broker from london town, waving cash and ethics at the local farmers. Ive got a fight on my hands, wish me luck.

Myrtle Beach is a nice place. Lots to do and its good for a little getaway. I grew up on the coast of North Carolina and a beach that is much less commercialized than Myrtle. As far as the actual "beach" goes. I'm not a huge fan of myrtle. It's not what I think of when I think beach. Hanging with old friends. I can enjoy that anywhere, myrtle is as good as any.

For the beach, I prefer less high rise condos and more dunes. (NC is better for that, but less so than when I was young.)

Rick, I respect your opinion and thank you for the response. However, if you were to read all of the posts, you will see who makes the initial reference to hitler and who replies to it thereafter. You may think its foolishness and immature but so are grown men playing a video game, we are all in the same silly boat. I'm done with this silliness, Michael was right. Game has been deleted & this is the last you'll hear of me. To those who would like to stay in touch MOM or not, I will PM you my email/Facebook address.

There must be miles and miles and miles and miles, cough, to choose from looking at the maps. I should get out to the Gower more. Less exotic, the atlantic batters it, it looks more like a scene from planet of the apes lol. Beautiful and dramatic all the same. The longest sandy shore is about 2 miles long.

Wig will you mute me? ;) I replied to your PM. Thanks BTW.

WTH is going on here?

Noush, I really think you and Dent should bury the hatchet. You guys are fighting for nothing. A couple of phrases that were taken the wrong way. The effing Stache is definitely nothing to fight with each other about. Any way that's my opinion. You can listen or don't. We are all big boys. I consider you both friends and I hope you feel the same about me. You guys both make the game a better place. I would not say a word otherwise.

On a lighter note. I may get a few games in later on this evening. We have been going 7 days a week and I'm tired. This is my first day off in 3 weeks. Plus I need some family time with the wife and daughter. I leave here at 4:30 A.M. And get back at 8:00 P.M. That doesn't leave much time for any thing else. I can barely read the forum most days. I have to get in my truck with the phone booster to read it. I really want to play a few games. I hope I can get in a few with some of you later on.

So I've heard references to it, but when and why did we lose Michael (LegendOfKane)?

Based on experience, digital communication (ex: email, forums, IM) lends itself to misinterpretation. You have no body language or voice inflection to add context to what is being said. Combine that with the fact that there tends to be delay in responses, which means someone can either sit there, stew, and respond back even more pissed ... or possibly calm down .. take your pick.

Amazing how we all get so worked up over these 1s and 0s flying around the screen.

We'll yep he I'd it again.....
That dang . wig! can write like no other. I have not been around for sometime, haven't cought up on any of the forum. I did manage to read . wig!'s post from earlier today, I had no parts in said actions, however after that read I went ahead and slapped myself twice just for good measure. Surely I deserved it!

Anyhow.... I did my update today. Man I have said all along somthing was way wrong with my setup/install/character or what ever you want to call it. So what im saying is...... I think my KDR might get better know (if I can stop cutting up and take a rest from my relentless quest of trying to make all that are around me LAUGH a little {without having to take my pants off}and focus on shooting) that I can actually hit better then .000005% of the time.

To: Professor ParrotHead,
Writing..... Well damn near anything that went along with school really, have never been a strong point for me. Actually this forum has gotten me to write more in the last six month's (not kidding) then I have managed to write in probably my whole life, (Even the Marine Corps was a no brainer for me.... They used picture art and big hand signals to help the learning curve) however I still think that the way I write and try to throw in some humour or humor, I end up having my writings fall flat..... or I really am just not that funny. Ether way if my last paragraph ends up reading like a bunch of jibberish (if its funny thats a bonus) could you re-wright it in the proper form and maybe a note on what the better formate/layout would be to help it be readable?

Psssssst.....
If I should stick with picture art and big hand signal's can you keep it between us and send me a PM, thanks! It would be like school all over again "your never going to amount to anything Mr." with all the other school kids laughing (well... till I learned the benefits of a straight jab) hehehe not to much laughing after that part of my childhood development.

Michael got totally pissed off on the TASK thread. Everyone arguing over TASKing bad actors and not giving a pass to deal with them. Mostly the endless arguing about it. I'm hoping he will return in time. Who knows? I would like to see him come back. May be a little distance from the game/forum will do him some good and he will return.

I go out in the wilderness for a few days and comes back to THIS mess, confusion, disarray, muddle, shambles hurry-scurry, disarrangement, disorganization, distraction, embroilment, disturbance, tangle, ravel. :pinch:
It took me almost 4 hours to catch up and grab all what has happened.
I can't leave you guys unattended for a weekend? (This includes non M.O.Ms to)

Next time I go off grid I'll tell Zup to close down the forum while I'm gone.
My eyes hurt. :pinch:
Do you guys know what 4 hours of reading this forum on a phone does to your eyes?
I'm going to be cross - eyed and suffer from vision loss for weeks. :woohoo:

I do love you guys but don't do this again, please.
I'm gonna head over to the Jolly roger to see if they have something that will help me regain full vision.

I guess I'm the "new" old guy. Thought I'd formally check back in to the M.O.M.s.

I'll be dropping in more frequently from this point on. So save me some chips. And a beer.

All the best--
