Agreed...pre visla needs a big time out. He ruined a great game, and those are hard to come by nowadays. Sucks I had to take five but this guy just wouldn't stop..no matter what was said to him. He tried to justify a team kill because I dropped my bomb on him...never mind the fact that he was set up with a tank on my runway firing at our own teammates!

Agreed. We had the makings of a nice game. I couldn't get back in after my 5 min ban. My first game in several days and I get this dude.

This one reminds me of Dylan Sing. Blowing himself up and endlessly TKing. Switching sides and doing the same thing.

We should have just let him rack his 3 TKs and played on. Hard to do though.

So I'm 5,000 points from ranking up when I joined this game. Oh what do I do???? I do the right thing, I lose the points SMASH this piece of garbage, take the five minutes. Now it's time to go back to work. Level 29 tonight.

I haven't observed any issues from him as BertieChap, but back when McFate reported him, the guy was a constant spewer of randomness in the game chat. Definitely a believable transition to sewer mouth. One to watch.

This one was less obvious, but then he volunteered that he was Aquilla, and Ahhh Yesss it all made sense. The guy can't fly a straight leg without chatting. It sounds like John Madden at a barbeque. "The chicken's goin' on the grill... flames, oh no! Too much sauce... fire extinguisher is out now..." Except that he makes a lot less sense. "Popsicles everyone... oil and vinegar for all the children... best yes now, do you all think it's so?" And so on.

It would have been hard to miss.

Only reports of a bunch of others taking a ban. Did pre visla get a temp ban? One take on these posts is you guys are doing more team killing than him. What do new players think when they see the Aces doing it? Do they think all you have to do is accuse someone then it's okay to team kill. Trolls in the making see that this is one way to rile up the aces!
I'm with you guys on these jerks. They add zero to the gameplay unless your into ruining the game for someone else. I used to like the free pass way. Let a reds in and kill him until he left. Seems it's tough to get the whole game involved to take care of one bad apple.

I have a pretty long leash! I think it is a good balance. I'm just a player like you trying to be unbiased and fair. I can temp. mute/ban anytime. If it is a serial jerk I inform Joaquin and he takes care of it as best as possible.
Most mute/bans are not posted here. The ones that make it here are the habitual ones. I have warned new players and never seen or heard of them doing it since. I think the unheard of players who enjoy this game appreciate the efforts to keep it clean as possible. A world wide game with this level of freedom is to be commended for being as troll free and with as clean language that it is. It's never going to be perfect.
If I were to suggest anything I think the team kill autoban should be longer. Like 15 minutes.

Thank you Kevy. Although, my recent post appear to be to the contrary, I really do appreciate and respect the mods.

My frustration comes from the fact that this guy started and was reported on Friday. Since then he's ruined games for dozens of players. Yet, I'm told teamkilling isn't a real problem by mods and the developer himself. It does have an impact on the game.

Further frustration comes from the fact that even though this turd has now been banned, it is very likely that by the time he comes back to ruin more games the ban will have expired and he won't even know that he WAS banned. The limited bans the mods have now are not effective. Since the limit was imposed, can you remember anybody coming to the forum to plead their case? I can't. If the limit were raised to a week, we might see that again. Right now I fully expect to see this pre- pubescent turd back next weekend doing the same crap and never knowing or experiencing any consequences other than his own twisted sense of entertainment.

Yes he was asked to stop. Yes he was warned. In at least 3 games I had with him, passes were given to the reds to deal with him. None if this worked. He took 2 bans that is I saw. One of them, he returned in the other team afterwards and started again. He's a bother Dylan Sing/Blue Beagle in the making.

First report came in 3 days 13 hours ago. This looks as good as any screenshot of teamkilling that I've seen. It just so happens that Heavy was taking the guy down at the same time.

Not sure why CrazyWolf posted just over in TASK - that post about self-bombing at spawnpoint should have been here in Blacklist. Well my guess is that Crazy and others are frustrated by the low coverage on the Blacklist thread (low percentage of bans/mutes resulting from solid reports) and also low impact policies (40 hours does diddily). So I can see why it went on TASK. But we can't expect mods to respond if we DON'T post something here, can we?

Anyway, my point Kevy is that was reported here by Heavy, and backed up by many people. I personally know how painful it is to search back for old posts when the backlog gets long, and it doesn't help when people post pics without putting the names in text, or if there are misspellings. Heck even Parrot missed the fact that Pre Visla was reported correctly and back-pedaled (that would be Parrot Eating Crow) (sorry couldn't resist). But the fact is, this one was reported and reported right. We totally understand that you were practicing Real Life for the past 3.5 days, and no one else saw it either. But it definitely wasn't a fault of the Blacklist users.

Please don't get frustrated. I believe the biggest deterrent are great players like you that do the warnings and try and spread the word. If it weren't for that we would be knee deep in arcade trolls. The few among the hundreds or thousands that play for fun and embrace the game for what it is can then be temp banned and muted to show we are serious. The very few that keep it up and end up banned multiple times can be tolerated or perm banned. Some may return under aliases.

Ehhh, sometimes a post might imply some negative attitude just in its detail. Then I add my own words and it's cinches it. Sorry Kevy, I should have just stuck with "hey Kevy you may have missed Heavy's post *here*" instead of the long rehash. The detail was not meant to be condescending. I'm glad it's all in one place now, but I regret how it all sounded.

I seen pre visla on global chat trying to stir the pot late yesterday...around 6:00pm-7:00pm (Arizona time) Bell and von told him to come to forum and read blacklist. I never seen a response from him.

I posred my instructions for him to come here, 3 minutes after he posted, no response.

Coincollector1 reported to mod w/ pics for having a little 1-900 session on world chat. I'm sure that someone would be happy to join him/her, but not the right place to post such items.

Earlier today on a destroy the zeppelin mission, I took out an engine, made my turn & lined myself up to fire at the zeppelin. (Sorry, Guardian! What was I thinking? I should have let you get all of those points.)

The other day, I shot at a plane taking off, and then I bombed two hangars. (big mistake on my part, I should have let you get up and shoot me down.)

Also, I flew really high on an even 3 vs 3 game and dove in for another 2 hangars. (how cowardly of me.)
