My bad y'all, I finally got my name to change after it just not registering any saves on my account. I've mentioned before how I can't save my name(change it) and can't save any settings without it reverting back to what it was whenever it quit working. Mind you I first got dogfight on a different email bout a year ago and it wouldn't allow me to buy a parachute, period, it would just act as if I "X"d" out instead of hitting buy or save. So I got another name, with new email, and it allowed me to buy a chute, and allowed me to change my name to WP like once, then stopped, so I never could change it. Well haven't played for a month or 2 so I get back on today and it reboots the app and "reoptimizes" and i decided to try and add **** stars to my name and it was too long, so I just tried it anyways, and didn't see that it says, TreeHell_NCWP**** so to my amazement I was ecstatic that it saved, so I went to add the {WP} instead of the NCWP**** and of course it no longer works, and my sensitivity setting is also saved on super high and can't be changed. Anyways yes I have in the past: 1. Rebooted countless times, deleted reinstalled, done all updates etc. I have had other problems as well with it not registering when I click, such as always saying "Restore" even after I had purchased countless times, and it would say restore if I tried to subscribe or anything further. Then that went away randomly. So when I asked Zup bout all the name, save, general issues he spoke as if I was an idiot or just looking at the wrong thing(he was nice) but had no earthly idea what I was talking about saying it shouldn't do any thing like that etc. and was utterly confused to be frank. so I emailed the EchoBoom people past summer about it all and I never got a reply or nothing. So as far as administrative help or insight I suppose I'm just out of luck.

So anyways before anyone decided to "inform me" that my name was wrong, or needed to be changed since I'm in WP and NCWP isn't our squad etc. then I do apologize and ask you to save yourself the trouble because there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. I've already tried rebooting twice in the past hour so no dice on that. So anyways until it is randomly fixed, I suppose I'll he representing the NCWP. Which sounds like a civil rights group or a poor representation of my alma mater of NCSU, unfortunately I can't even pretend that was the intention.

Here's what you do, take your device out behind your house some time after midnight, dig a hole about 3 feet deep, bury that sucker and put the sod back over top so it looks like nothing's disturbed then the next day storm around the house declaring that "someone used it and didn't put it back and where the hell is that damn thing anyway? It was getting kind of old and obsolete and gosh darn it I deserve to have something nice that you damn kids haven't wrecked yet! Thats it! I'm going to go down to Best Buy and get a new one! And when I do the rest of yoou better keep your hands off!" Unless you live alone, then just skip that stuff and go to BestBuy and get a new one.

Mrs. Viper and I are preparing for a St. Patty's day party tonight (Hey, its still the weekend, right?) and decided to make some irish cream to take with us. Wow, its an easy recipe consisting of Irish whiskey (I used Tullamore Dew), condensed milk, heavy cream, instant coffee, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. I have to tell you the results are delicious! There are lots of recipe's online to choose from but all contain the same basic ingredients.

I just got back from vacation. I still need to unpack and wash the sand out of my butt crack. I am going to start playing elite just to check it out. I'm not sure what my rank is or will be but I really don't care to much. Hopefully that night time stuff isn't going to be happening on elite because I have trouble seeing at night. Well anyways I am back and will be seeing you guys in the skys.

Im gonna stay away until the update is fixed. I hate to think the original is gone or wont open. BOOOO!

I have had no issues of late with opening either apps. How ever when I play DF1, after about ten mins into game everything seems to get real laggy and slow. I usually start getting taken out a lot easier as well. In Elite I seem to fair a lot better as long as I am not turn fighting. So all in all I just try to make some kills and play a more team oriented match.

I just finished watching "Enemy at the Gates" with Jude Law and Ed Harris..... awesome movie!

Looks like Zup has fixed DF1.... I may have to go and hop into a game or two.

Go check out Dog's "Elite eye strain" thread in the main forum. I mentioned the absence of the rank insignia in Elite.

I'm still trying to figure out if I like Elite. I know it's the future of DF and I'm really trying to like it. I'm trying to accept change but Kimber isn't too happy about being level 30 and realizing DF 1 is pretty much done.
I can't for the life of me figure out why Zup would create another game that also has WW1 planes in it. I read his post about updates rendering some users unable to play and that he almost went broke by offering a free version.

1.) Leave DF1 as a WW1 game and update it as necessary.
And, stop offering a free version - the game is established with a large following now. People can pay.
If some player's older devices can't support the updates, then so be it. They'll just have to upgrade, that's how technology works.
No one is still using their old Win 98 PC's anymore are they?

2.) Make Elite strictly WW2 with all the bells and whistles that Zup has imagined. The system requirements are listed, so if you don't have the device to support it, then you don't play.

I have always wondered why some members of the pack didn't show up on the in-game squadron page for me, but I just discovered Wolf.Pack and saw those members on there...I guess I'm a little slow, lol. What's the reason for having Wolf Pack and Wolf.Pack? Is it because there are too many members to fit into one?

I believe Wolf Pack is HGA and Wolf.Pack is HGB.
And, as you just stated, this allows more members.

Had a couple great marathon games with BigGunzz(Erin Go BragHa Ha) and =TBH= One Kill the last couple days. Here is a screen from today and me passing 150 kills! Hours long with many coming and going..unfortunately wasn't able to stay until the end. It was nice getting some play time with Cypher!

Can not set my settings in elite. On my kindle fire hdx,laying flat on table in original , the plane is slight nose up, left wing down appx five pct.

In elite it is nose down ninety degrees. Horizontal is all fubar as well.

Any ideas?Suggestions?
