I would like to apologize to the pack. Last night I confronted Cricket in WC. I broke a major Wolf Pack regulation concerning WC personal confrontations. As a leader and Air Marshal I should have carried myself at a higher level then that. Regardless of my intentions and my loyalty to this squad, I should have known better. It was a heated unsportsmanlike confrontation initiated by myself. I hereby demote my rank and suspend my recruiting officers title until the Pack can convene and review this matter. I am not above the rules. And I. Believe in our mission statement. I apologize.

I accept your apology Cypher. I understand what you did, Cricket thinks he is the king, above all others, and thinks he can act the way he is acting. Well guess what? He needs to grow the F up. As for the demotion I can't say anything about that because I am a lower rank than you. As always you have shown your maturity, responsibility, and loyalty to the Pack by bring this to our attention. I respect you no different than before Sir. Actually a little more now. If I am have a say in your rank and stasis I say you should keep your rank, but suspend your recruiting officer title for a little (not too long though we need new fresh members) or if not a punishment at all.

I would have to agree. For what it's worth (being the junior pilot on the block ) I can't blame you that much for being angry. Cricket is good at one thing, that's getting under people's skin whenever he feels like it. Appreciate you apologizing and really taking responsibility, something that I think most people wouldn't have done. Whatever Viper decides I'm ok with, but I think it's really honorable for you to have caught yourself and brought it up.

Just think, if Cricket was a termite, he would have eaten the Jolly Roger by now! On second thought, maybe that's what happened to the village...

Well now, since I am pretty much the only one who can demote an Air Marshal I have some input here, yes?

As per policy, a first violation of one of our rules warrants a warning, not demotion. While it is certainly true as a squadron officer you should be setting the example and should never engage in wc arguments, I can certainly see you setting a great example by 1) admitting your mistake, 2) apologizing for said mistake, and 3) being upfront and honest about the whole incident. Not many players would do that outside of Wolf Pack. As I see it, aside from the argument with cricket, who is known to deliberately irritate folks, your behavior is consistent with a Wolf Pack officer.

Bottom line is I have considered this carefully and choose not to demote you or remove you as Recruiting Officer.
