Viper, I had the same thing happen. Could only open and not see rank/play etc. I deleted to reload game and it gave me some Microsoft code. I sent info to Zup and all is well. Took a few days, but I'm back on using PC. I'll email you.

i use this www.bannerfans.com/banner_maker.php to resize and frame them give it a go i think i did yours at 728x80 try it you may like it
